"Harry, Harry!"

"Wake up, the Wild Hunt is coming!"

Jerott's half-dead voice echoed in his ears.

Harry snapped his own eyes open and struggled up from the bed with a thud - his head slammed hard against the steps.

  The steps?

A little dazed, he covered his forehead and carefully surveyed his surroundings.

A narrow, cramped space, dimly lit, with stairs, step by step, above his head, and the tiny movement of spiders crawling pattering could be heard.

The most crucial thing was his own weak, skinny body that could be blown away by a griffin flapping its wings.

Long ago memories came flooding out of his head.

  This was ......

his own aunt's home back on Earth.

He sat up gingerly, pushed open the cupboard door, and poked his head out - and the house gradually corresponded with those long-dusty memories.

  Back?

  But how could ......

be a dream, an unusually real dream?

It was hard for him not to have such suspicions - for whatever reason, he had allowed himself to come back from that world, but his body had also returned to the age of ten, or eleven.

But he could be sure that that experience was not a dream.

He could feel the magic within him - the magic that was so different from that of a warlock or a demon hunter - and he could feel the effects of those on the substance of his body after experiencing the mutation.

  Sharper senses, a hungrier body.

  And ......

"Igni." Harry spoke, reciting the runes of the Seal of the Law and rubbing his fingers together, a small flame mischievously emerging and winking out. He still held the power of the spell seal.

  "Is it Hilly?"

The girl with the Ancient Blood, who could manipulate time and space, was incredible, but it wasn't out of the question that she'd sent herself back to this age.

  Harry rubbed his head.

  This really wasn't good news.

When and if he got a chance to meet Mentor White Wolf later, hopefully he'd give himself a chance to sit down and explain his reasoning properly.

  Ta-da-da-da-

The sound of shuffling footsteps came sharply from a short distance away, not very heavy, with an anxious mind.

"Get up-" the female voice was shrill, about to yell at the family trawler to get up, as she always did, but her voice stopped abruptly when her eyes caught sight of Harry sitting on the stairs.

  What an incredible thing.

Penny's tongue lolled in her mouth, "Up already? Good, you're finally a bit of a human being today, go on, get cleaned up and get the mail, it's time to eat."

Harry nodded and did as he remembered, washing up and walking to the door.

Penny stared at Harry's back, frowning in confusion.

  Today's Harry ......

  Something wasn't quite the same.

  But where exactly?
