Flashback:
Samyuktha and vivid died in a car accident. Leaving preethi all alone.
Megha: Vansh why can't we adopt preethi. Aryan also was OK with us adopting her.
Vansh: it's not about adoption, you don't know something that I know, Abhinav goenka.
Door burst open
Abhinav: talking about me behind my back not fair, don't create any negative image of me infront of her tho.
Megha Aryan go inside now.
Aryan was 18 and hot headed.
He first refused.
Abhinav: sending your wife and son away can do nothing tell me where is preethi.
Vansh: as long as I'm alive you can't find her.
Abhinav gave a evil smirk and order his men to beat Vansh.
Megha locked a agitated Aryan inside the room and rushed to save her husband.
But Abhinav have her in choke hold and demand preethi's whereabouts.
Abhinav: property is everything for me I have killed my own brother and sil for that do you I will spare my niece.
Abhinav cackle.
Aryan was banging on the door he was desperate to come out to save his parents.
His mother was going blue
But his father chuckle spat blood and said thanks for confessing everything.
Suddenly the police entered from all the sides.
Megha was rushed to hospital as her breathing become slow.
Police took Abhinav away.
But Megha's vocals was damaged so she can't talk.
Aryan was furious with his parents but forgave them as they did what they did to save him.
Preethi was welcomed into singhania house. But Abhinav's escape worries them.
So Vansh hand preethi over to Rajwanshi's who are their family friends.
And Aryan took promise from parth that he will protect her no matter what.
They introduce preethi as adopted daughter and kept her identity hidden.
Present:
"But why didn't he attack preethi before.
And now when he have kidnaped her he would have killed her but why was he silent " Nischay raised his voice.
"And nobody knew preethi was a goenka and she was heiress" Abhyudaya said.
" we will find out soon" Yash said.
" Abhinav goenka vivid pufa's own brother was jealous of him and killed him and bua" Aryan said dejected.
He used to like Abhinav when he was a kid he used to go to his Bua's house only to play with Abhinav and preethi.
But his betrayal leads to Aryan having trust issues.
Although singhanias relocate to America.
He always have tabs on preethi.
But the sources are not too prefect that leads him not to have a clue about kushi's past.
Coming to her kushi packed her bags and went to hyderabad as she was having important work.
She was for the first after returning to her family was happy.
She met her bestfriend who told that she was going to shift to delhi as she got job in her favorite fashion house.
"Lavanya I am so happy you and Saranya mumma are shifting to Delhi " kushi was beaming in happiness.
"Can't wait malli manam kalisi undochu college days la but atleast appatila ninnu  prati daniki blackmail cheyakarledu anukontuna" (we can stay together like we are in college, I hope this time around I have not reason to blackmail you for everything)
"mumma choodu lav em antundo nenu em Mondi danini Kadu, alage lav appati kushi pie nake chala kopam malli alla avvali ani nenu anukovadamledu" (mom look at what Lavanya was saying, I am not stubborn and Lavanya I hate my past self I will never be her)
Kushi called Saranya as mumma.
Saranya and lav hugged kushi and kushi reciprocate.
This is her safe place a place she can count on when ever she felt depressed.
Lavanya and her mother brought a significant change in kushi.
Lav and Saranya bid temporary farewell as there is still a 15 days left for them to shift.
While kushi board her flight back to Delhi that sameday.
Kushi felt confidant.
She was not going to take blame of preethi's condition. She agree that she was a bit guilty for not be so welcoming towards preethi but what was her fault in this.
She want to take high road and mend relationships with her family.
But her family treated her like complete outsider and didn't even defend her she again became a doormat and let her emotions overruled.
She again become what she hates.
Sometimes being a bigger person only leads to misery.
She had enough she was ready to fight with her biggest enemy her past self.
