Hi y'all!! Here's a new chapter for you! Please vote, comment, and enjoy (I had to do so much research for that first line, like finding a 2005 calendar, then finding out when the 2005 summer solstice was, and then figuring out which Thursday before June 21st it was. This is my best guess).

Chaos reigned supreme on Thursday, June 2nd, 2005, in the Field of Mars.

First it was the gods randomly showing up and revealing that the Greeks exist to the Romans, and that future people were going to come.

Then it was the fight between the future people and the future gods.

And now it was Rachel Elizabeth Dare revealing that she was the new hostess of the Oracle of Delphi.

Really, a great time to be alive.

Somehow, amongst everyone screaming questions at Rachel, Octavian's voice rang loud and clear above the rest.

"NO YOU ARE NOT!! I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT THE ORACLE OF DELPHI IS LIVING INSIDE OF YOU!!"

Rachel's head turned to face Octavian so fast it was a miracle she didn't get whiplash. The Field of Mars became silent, the only noise being Octavian's incoherent ramblings about him being the better soothsayer.

"Excuse me?" Rachel hissed.

Octavian looked up at Rachel. His face—which was already very pale—turned a white as the bed sheet he was wearing.

"Erm—"

"Did I stutter?" Rachel snapped. "Who the fuck do you think you are? In case you haven't already noticed, you weren't special enough to be brought back in time. You are the cheap, knock-off version of me. Don't ruin your pathetic little life more than you already have."

"SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK!!!" Piper yelled, clapping her hands at Rachel's speech.

Reyna clapped along, too. "Couldn't have said it better."

"GET WRECKED YOU LITTLE SON OF A B—"

"Leo, language!" Jason scolded.

"But—"

"No buts."

"...No cuts, no coconuts?" Leo tried.

"No."

Leo huffed in annoyance and crossed his arms against his chest, causing many of the future demigods to laugh in spite of him.

Meanwhile, Octavian was still standing, his face flushed from just being humbled.

"Sit down," Hazel ordered. The whiny augur quickly sat down.

Realizing that the drama was now pretty much over, the gods, who had been looking on in amusement, finally did something to help advance the plot.

"Apollo, send someone else back," Zeus called out to his son.

Apollo nodded, and summoned another portal. This time, a pale boy with shaggy black hair and a leather jacket walked out. He looked around, realized what was going on, made eye contact with the girl who had screamed her brother's name earlier when they first arrived, and then said one amazing word:

"Fuck."

(I was going to end it here, but I'm just that nice. [Translation: I was not willing to let myself post something this short after posting two 1k+ word chapters previously.])

A young Bianca di Angelo stared up at her younger brother, who was now older than her.

"Nico? Is that you?" she asked.

Future Nico turned around to face the future people. He couldn't deal with this.

"Future me! Wow! I look so cool! Bianca look at future me!!" past Nico exclaimed, tugging on his sister's sleeve and pointing at his future self.

"I see him, Nico," Bianca whispered. "I see him."

Future Will looked over at his boyfriend worriedly. "Are you okay?" he mouthed.

Nico didn't acknowledge his significant annoyance's concern. He avoided eye contact, hoping his tears wouldn't show.

Will gently raised Nico's chin so they could make eye contact. Nico's vision was blurred with the tears he was struggling to hold back. Will then pulled Nico into a warm embrace.

"I love you," Will whispered.

That was Nico's breaking point. Combined with seeing his dead sister, his boyfriend's loving arms being wrapped tightly around him, and the words that Will just whispered to him, Nico couldn't hold back his tears anymore. Tears slid silently down his cheeks. The other future people (yes, even Coach Hedge) walked over to the couple, and joined in the hug.

Swallowed by all of the others, Will kissed Nico's head lightly.

The bittersweet moment was cut short by Hera clearing her throat. Aphrodite turned to glare at the goddess, but Hera just shrugged.

All of the future people begrudgingly left the embrace, except for Will, who stood by Nico's side, holding his hand reassuringly.

The past people, who had been looking on with confusion, understanding, pity, sadness, worry, and many other emotions, all jumped at the loud screech that came from the general area of the Aphrodite kids.

"Oh my gods, you two are so cute together!!!!" Silena squealed.

Nico, Will, Coach Hedge, and Rachel looked over at Silena sadly.

"Thank you," Will said, doing his best to hide his emotions.

"Wait, together?" Bianca questioned. "Nico, are—are you gay?"

Past Nico looked around in worry. Even though he couldn't remember life from the 1940s because of his trip to the Lethe, he still subconsciously felt like that was a bad thing. Fortunately for the younger son of Hades, his older self answered for him.

"Yes. I am gay, and I'm proud of it," Nico announced.

"And I'm his boyfriend!" Will yelled excitedly.

Nico smiled at his boyfriend, feeling lucky that he had a guy like him. He then leaned in, Will doing the same, and kissed.

"Adorable!" Apollo and Aphrodite squealed together, earning them exasperated and annoyed sighs from the other gods. The two turned to glare at the other immortals before returning to their fangirling session over Solangelo.

Young Nico blushed profoundly the entire time. He refused to allow himself to make eye contact with anyone.

Future Will and Nico pulled away from each other, smiling like two crazy people. Everyone was still going crazy, so the couple stood there for a while, holding each other's hands and smiling.

When everyone had finally calmed down, Zeus—being his usual annoying self—ordered Nico to introduce himself to the past people.

"I'm pretty sure they already know my name, I mean my sis—" Nico choked up on the word, but kept going, "my sister said it when I first arriv—"

"Introduce yourself like we told you to."

Nico frowned. He didn't say anything else to Zeus, mainly because he was fed up with all the Zeus drama. Nico turned around and faced the past people.

"My name is Nico di Angelo, son of Hades."

And everything reverted back to the beginning of this chapter, just for a different reason.

And... scene! I hope you all enjoyed this chapter! Please vote and comment, it would really make my day.

Question of the chapter: What's your favorite number? Mine's 5.

See you next week <3
