I didn't want to face Charlie because he is angry with me, and I need to make sure I avoid him at all costs for today. I heard we had a visitor who happens to be Simon coming to explain what really happened in the garden with us. Charlie didn't care what Simon had to say because he should've known that a woman who is not married shouldn't be in places alone with a man unmarried. ''Please forgive her for wanting to catch a breath from the exhausting crowd of nobles.'' It was really sweet of him to come all this way to defend her. Somewhere in her heart made her flutter feeling like there was something about Simon telling her that he might really like her.

She went into the drawing room hoping Charlie had forgiven her from last night. Charlie walks over telling Charlotte that her dear Simon came to apologize on his behalf for being in the garden alone with her. He even defended her to him although he knew Simon was trying to make sure this doesn't reflect badly on her. He knows he has a reputation, and it would be bad if Charlie sets her up with someone else to marry her before a scandal arises. ''I know I shouldn't be at the garden alone with Simon.'' Charlotte gets up from her seat trying to defend herself to her brother that it was not her fault Simon happens to be there right after her. Simon mentions that he followed her right after he saw her leaving the dancefloor. He wasn't angry with her, but disappointed.

''I'm only looking out for you, dear sister.'' Charlie wants to make sure my safety and honor is intact. He only cares for the well-being of the family, and it would be sad if anything or anyone threatens his family. Simon was coming out of the office walking into the drawing room when I thought he left our home.

''Your royal highness.'' I bow in front of him until he marches up towards me saying his name to me is Simon. I didn't want to call him Simon right in front of my family because they will begin to think we have done something. Mother walks in the drawing room as she stumbles upon the prince as she introduces herself until she walks over hugging us with her thrilling spirit.

''I can't wait you are getting married.'' I couldn't wait for her to let me go as soon as possible. She couldn't wait for us to be wed as soon as possible, so she will acquire a special license to make sure we can get married as quickly as possible since we seem so in love.

''No, it's not necessary.'' Simon and I call out. Mother looks so confused because we seem to have a problem with the idea of getting a special license for our marriage. Simon and I stared into each other's eyes as his hand held my hand. I felt a warmness inside of me wanting to erupt from the closed volcano. Something about him caused my body to get warm inside and I have been wanting to explore it. Simon and I got interrupted by my brother when he saw that we were being rather too chummy with one another. Simon wanted to take me somewhere as Charlie grills him down on the location just to make sure I was not alone with him. I reassure him that I will have my lady maid accompany me to this secluded location.

Simon took my hand walking me out of the house as Charlie watched us. I can feel my heart beating so fast out of my chest wanting Simon to quiet the beating of my heart. Why is my heart feeling this way when it shouldn't. I feel tempted by his touch and the way he speaks as if nothing has disappeared from his speech. I was sitting in the carriage staring at him while he was looking out of the window. Then he averted his attention towards me while I stared out at the window pretending that I was staring at me.

He smiled while staring at me until he broke the silence asking me about my day. I never once had a man ask me about my day until now which was so weird coming from the prince. I reply to the prince as I wait for his response until, he makes this face as if he was thinking to himself. He looked so conflicted when I told him about my day. He wanted to apologize about last night because he should have known to not follow me into the garden. We arrived at a beach where I told him I was not dressed for a beach day.
