The day hasn't even started and I can't wait for it to end. I was forced to join Lady Alice and Catalina plan the wedding, turns out James managed to convince Lord Collin to handle the food aspect of the wedding, how the King of Belaria agreed, I don't know, as long as it doesn't affect the people I could care less.

I was stuck with these two, I didn't even know what they were talking about, if it wasn't already obvious, I didn't want to be here.

"So Aliyah tell me about yourself." Lady Alice said looking at me,
"There is nothing I would tell you that you do not already know."
"Oh but I would love to know more than what everyone knows. We are family now, aren't we?" She said looking at me with a smirk. Family?
"There is a reason why not much is known about me, and I would love to keep it that way."
This time around Catalina scoffed, I almost forgot she was here,

"Well, that's alright Aliyah, so tell me any love interest?" Alice asked again. Why is she fixed on wanting to know more?
"No. None."
"Oh, I understand how it must feel seeing the one you love get married to another." What?!
"Pardon?"
"Oh, you don't have to deny it Aliyah, James already told me how you were head over heels for him and how you tried to seduce him. He told me how you always followed him around like a lost puppy and when he refused and rejected you, you tried to kill yourself." She said in one breath,

Shocked would be an understatement, typical James, trying to make himself look righteous in the eyes of others, that overgrown leech, I was pissed but I managed to keep calm. Surprisingly I didn't feel hurt, and the anger I felt was from the lies she just told, if anything at all it was funny. I didn't know when I let out a small laugh, and soon enough I was clutching my belly laughing. I looked at the two ladies in front of me, they looked confused,

"Forgive me Lady Alice but you are really funny."
"I didn't say anything funny, did I?"
"Oh but you did. Everything you just said was funny. Now if we are done for the day, which I believe we are, excuse me I have other things to attend to." I said getting up to leave, but a thought crossed my mind,

"Also Lady Alice, I know I am in no position to question your relationship, but a piece of advice, don't believe everything James says." She stood up getting defensive,
"What do you mean?"
"Take it however you want to take it but I'm sure your father would hate for you to return back to him brokenhearted with scars on your body."

She was boiling with rage at this point, I didn't even tell her the whole truth and she was this angry, imagine if she found out. I doubt she would believe me, she's in love, in her eyes, James is right, he can do no wrong. I pitied her because I was once in her shoes and it nearly cost me my life before I could realize the kind of person he was. I really hope it won't be the same for her.

"You foolish girl, what do you know? How dare you make sure claims?"
"Oh I know nothing lady Alice. It's not like I lived with James for half my life."
"What rubbish are you spouting about my Cousin Aliyah?" Catalina joined Alice, two against one? Not fair!!
