DEVASTUTI'S POV
"Here.", passing the coffee to Adi, I sit beside him on the bean bag, enjoying the morning breeze from our balcony.
I was sipping the coffee, when my mind went back to our yesterday night's conversation. The seriousness in his face and voice scared the hell out of me.
What will happen, when he knows the truth? Will he still accept me as his wife? Will he understand, why I am doing all this?
"Stuti!", hearing Adi's loud voice, I come back to reality.
"What happened? What are you thinking in the morning itself? I have been calling you for five times now.", concern in his voice.
"Uhh..umm.. nothing.", I answer and start to sip my coffee.
But, I could feel his intense gaze on me through my peripheral vision.
Staring at me for a few more seconds, he continued to enjoy his drink.
While, taking a sip of my coffee, I glance at him, just to encounter a hot image of my husband drinking his coffee with one leg on top the other knee and his arm behind me.
His Adam's apple moving up and down when swallowing the liquid.
How will he look when he swallows my--shut up Stuti. Are you crazy?
A few years from now, our kids will be here too. Both of us sitting here just like this but our children running here and there. The thought itself formed a smile on my face.
But, soon the realisation hits me and my mood becomes sour again.
I am going to betray this man. I am going to betray my very own husband who wants too spend his life with me. This man who recognised his mistakes and decided to give us a chance.
But, will he forgive me for my mistake, which will cost the Shekhawat's dignity.
Not wanting to ruin my mood anymore, I get up quickly, without saying anything to him and place the cup on the kitchen counter and head towards his room to freshen up and start the daily chores.

I was picking out my clothes for today, when Adi enters the bedroom with a worried expression on his face.
"What happened Stuti? Why did you leave suddenly like that?," capturing my face in between his palms.
"Uhh? Nothing. Nothing happened. We have to leave Adi, everyone must be waiting for us. I have to clean the kitchen and prepare some breakfast. All this will take time, that's why.", somehow I managed but it was clearly visible that he is not satisfied with the answer.
"No. We are not going back today.", Huh! What does he mean.
"Well, I wanted some time with you so, I had informed them, that there was some work in the office and for the next week, I'll go from here, since it's closer to my work place.", I was quite shocked to say.
This man wants to time with me and here I am pushing him away from me.
"Okay.", blushing I responded and ran to the bathroom.
