Eren always got stares when he walked around in the school now, what sort of principal makes rules that only apply to two students? Eren begrudgingly admitted that the kicking of students should be banned for every student, not just him, but he guess he could enjoy the luxury of not being bullied for a long while, at least in school now.
"Zeke!" Eren decided to have lunch with his brother, as they could finally focus on the president issue, not Zeke's grade.
"Eren... What did you tell Mr. Shadis..." Zeke was weird out by the new school rule, especially without knowing the context.
"Oh yeah, I told Keith that a teacher kicked me." Eren continued, "I don't know why Erwin hired such a violent bodyguard, but I guess the more violent, the more effective."
"What did you even do that he started kicking you..."
"Nothing besides running into Erwin's office, trying to ask him a question, and referring to him as Erwin, I guess he doesn't like people talking to Erwin, or just hate brats (Like me).
"Eren, don't grab attention... Why are you referring to the teachers by their first name anyway?"
"Because it makes me sound smarter! Knowing every teacher's first name! What is Ms. Zoë's name anyway? I got to ask her!"
"Eren, it makes you sound like an unsophisticated brat, who doesn't know how to respect people."
"That's not true! Anyway, what have you discovered recently?"
"This." Zeke showed Eren a picture on his phone.
"Titan Research Foundation. Wait, what does it have to do with our investigation?"
Zeke clicked on expand more and it started showing information about the foundation, and what it had shown were the researchers responsible for the titan research.
"It still has nothing to do with our investigation."
"Indeed, but look at who is the head investigator~~ (>_<)"
"Who's Hange Zoë? Wait a second, maybe I'm actually stupid."
"You just noticed?"
"Who's Mike Zacharias then? Another researcher?"
"Actually, I also found information on that, Mr. Zacharias, Ms. Nanaba, Mr. Berner and some other professors, they were also either in the National Security or the Titan Research Foundation! Do you think Mr. Shadis knows about this all along?"
Eren's tiny brain burst.
Their conversations got cut short when Mikasa, Eren's best friend ran in, "Hi, Ereh, I am SO happy about the new school rule, now Ereh would NEVER get bullied again!"
"Mikasa!!!!!"
"Who's Ereh..." Zeke was baffled.
"Mikasa talks like this, don't worry." Eren seemed to be cheerful. "Zeke, can I tell Mikasa about...That..."Eren whispered to Zeke.
"No."
"Anyway Ereh, why did Mr. Shadis set that rule? Did someone bullied you?"
"LEVI KICKED ME!!!" Ereh screamed so loud that the entire cafeteria could hear him. "Mikasa, take revenge for me!" Eren cried to Mikasa.
"Who's Levi?"
"Your second cousin."
"I have one?"
"Do you know Kenny Ackerman then? The serial murderer who joined the military police, remember?" Eren thought he was so smart knowing all these.
"No I don't."
