Sun, 25 Feb 2024.

She was seated on a chair with her stationery scattered on the table. She dipped the brown quill into the ink before placing the tip on the paper, and began writing,

A Stranger Among Them.

She was once from amongst them, Chasing the world of delusion that was promised to end,

The light of true Islam illuminated her heart, with love and passion for the purpose she was born to fulfill,

She became a stranger among them, and became a deviated for them,

They found her black attire strange,

Her Niqāb too much,

And her gloves extreme,

They mocked her with 'it is a passion for few days', expecting her to cut through her new 'phase',

Rather, it was guidance from Allah that they were not guided with, it was a blessing of Allah that they were not blessed with,

It was the understanding from Allah that He bestows upon the one who He wants good for,

So rejoice o stranger, for strangeness is far better than whatever they call you to,

You maybe a stranger amongst them, but you're known to Allah,

They are stranger to the knowledge that you're seeking while it's your companion,

They are followers of innovation while you are follower of the Sunnah,

Their companions are peers and shrines, while your companions are Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthmaan and Ali,

What is worse than being known to the world but stranger to Islam?

Verily, Glad tiding is for the strangers,

So rejoice and be patient for you are not lonely.

Placing the quill back in its case, she leaned back in her chair and smiled softly at the word 'stranger'. Truly, gald tidings to the strangers.
