Kakatapos lang ni Maki mag shower and she can feel a pair of eyes boring onto her back. She turned around and saw Aphrodite smirking mischievously at her.
Maki furrowed her eyebrows at the latter.
“Naka drugs ka ba? Dahan dahan lang baka matimbog ka. Itatanggi ko talagang kapatid kita.” Pabirong sabi ni Maki at nagpatuloy sa paglalagay ng skincare product.
“What are you on about, Aphie?” Maki said as she pout at her older sister when she didn't respond the first time.
“Nakita ko 'yon.” natatawang sambit ni Aphrodite sa younger sister niya.
“What is?”
“Oh come on.” Aphie groan and sat on Maki's bed, grabbing a pillow and putting it on her lap.
“Cielo Madrigal?” napatigil agad si Maki sa ginagawa niya at nagpalinga linga sa paligid.
“Seriously, Aphie? Full name talaga?” Aphie just giggles at this.
Ang cute kasi ma-flustered si Maki kaya Aphie likes teasing her.
“What? As if hindi mo kwine-kwento sa'kin dati pagkahangal mo doon?” Natatawang sabi ni Aphrodite.
“Aphieee namannn. And correction 'hanggang ngayon'.” Maki pouts at her older sister.
“I'm just joking around. So what about it nga?”
“Mag asawa ka na nga teh, love life ko laging bunot mo ah.” Aphrodite just let out a laugh.
“Ngi? I'm still young, no.”
“Teh meron nga 15 years old nag aasawa na.”
“Gaya mo pa ako sa kanila, duh.”
“Feeling 'to. You're turning 24 next year okay? paalala ko lang ha.” natatawang sabi ni Maki.
At this, Aphrodite throw a pillow at Maki.
“Fine. Don't share it to me, hindi naman na ata ako mahalaga sayo.”
“Hala si oa, nag drama. Wait, let me finish this at ina-narrate ko sayo lahat ang nangyari sa'kin ngayong araw.”
And Maki did what she said. Aphrodite lay on her bed listening to what her sister is rambling about. The older one smile as she watch and listen intently sa bawat kwento ng kanyang kapatid.
“Angas mo pala sis.” Aphrodite said laughing heartily.
“Eh sa wala na akong alam na gawin eh.”
“Buti hindi ka nasisante?”
“Ayy aba, subukan lang niya.”
“You're really something.” natatawang sambit ni Aphie.
After the laughter's died down, Maki turns to look at Aphie.
“So how about you?”
“What about me?”
Umirap si Maki sa sinabi ng kaniyang kapatid.
“Your love life, hindi pwedeng sa'kin lang ang laging bunot.”
“Well, as usual single pa rin si magandang ate mo.”
“Si Morgana pa rin ba?” biglang tanong ni Maki that makes Aphrodite to stiffen subtly that doesn't pass Maki's eyes.
“Mariiii, what did I told you?” Aphie pouted at her younger sister.
“I'm sorry. It just slipped. Pero I wanna ask bakit mo siya inun-crus–” Aphie look up at the clock and change the topic immediately.
