The ship had just stopped and all students were getting off
Maeve was the last one
When she got off she saw that all students were gathered and a boy her age who was talking to them
She got near them and when he noticed her he went infront of her
"Hi I'm kagura ,I will be your guide in the village , I hope we all get along " he said looking at her with a smile and his hand out
"So do we" Maeve says and puts her hand on his but he flips it and kisses the back of her hand then goes away
"Isn't he a gentleman " Maeve says and goes away leaving a serious shikadai and a surprised boruto behind
"Oh please , that is nothing special " shikadai says and boruto looked more surprised then ever at the way He was looking at kagura
His friend apparently had taken a liking to shadow
"Shikadaiiii " he says with a high piched voice and blush on his face
"You like herrr????"He says more then asks
"W-what , no I don't" shikadai tries to say but ends up with blush on his face aswell
"You dooo, you're blushing right noww"
Boruto continues
"Just leave me alone okay " he says and walks away from him trying to sort his thoughts
Meanwhile boruto and the others had gotten themselves in a bit of a sticky situation
A man was ready to hit boruto with a fist when a hand caught it
"Huhh" he says surprised and then turns to see Maeve
" I apologise for whatever this idiot said or did but there isn't the need to be any fighting " Maeve says with her eyes closed
"Huhhh you think your apology will be any good , I don't care what you say , you brats don't deserve to come in our village " he says and this time Maeve closes her hand even more almost breaking his hand and slowly opening her eyes with a cold look on her face
"Did you not hear me , I said there is no need for fighting " she repeats closing her hand fully and breaking his hand
The man continues screaming when another man came
"I apologise for my friend here and ofcourse you are welcomed on our village " he says taking the man out of her hand
Not before noticing her cold gaze
"Oh now I understand, you are shadow aren't you?" He says " I have heard a lot about you , so I guess this is no special occasion for you is it?" He says with a smirk
"Didn't know I was this famous here , thank god you know what I am capable of otherwise it would have been hard for me to explain in words "Maeve says with a smirk of her own
"Not so much in actions though" she says before looking at boruto , shikadai and the others
"Let's go" she says and they all follow her
"I can't believe you would get in this kind of trouble when you are the leader boruto " Maeve says still walking
"I can't believe you can't believe that " he says
"So you're famous here huh?" Shikadai asks walking besides her
"Guess so , not surprised given my reputation on our village " Maeve says
"Your reputation ?" He asks
"Maybe I'll tell you another time " she says walking to a stand
"Two takoyakis " she says and the man gives them to her
"Here , my treat " she says and gives him one
"Thanks , you didn't have to " shikadai says and takes it , and takes a bite
"Shikadai..." she starts

"O-oh so he's not attractive to you" he asks hopeful even tho he didn't know why
"I meant I don't like him as in he is hiding something shikadai" Maeve says
"Oh right , I knew that " he says and Maeve walks away
