"And yes, you did us a favor by killing them. And I thank you for that." Allison snapped back from her daydreaming when she felt Anna's hand on her shoulder. She looked up. Deanna has this simple yet reassuring smile she always had. "Allison, you even let the rest of their group to work for us even after what happened." Anna added.

Allison's mouth opened a bit, thinking of the old group. "But they chose to kill themselves in fear of me." She pursed her lips, trying to hide its tremble.

"That wasn't your fault." Deanna reassured. She couldn't blame her for what she did, but she understood that Allison had to do it.

"I know. I just don't want to bring any people anymore that might harm my family, you guys." Allison sighed, she continued playing with the hem of her shirt.

"You did not regret killing them, did you?"

Allison froze, her thoughts ran through her mind like crazy. This was the first time that someone had asked her this or at least, tried. She hadn't had any time to think if she ever did regret doing it, neither did she had any thoughts of that scenario.

She shrugged before simply answering, "I have no idea if I did regret doing it." Her reply came out almost inaudible.

Deanna walk back to her table, she stared outside her office's window. "You know, I recall your mom, my friend, Amanda." She heard her laugh a bit, shaking her head. "She was just like you, so brave, strong, bold - unstoppable." The two women talking both laughed. Allison looked up from her fingers when she heard Deanna's silence. "I guess that's why your father fell in love with her the moment he laid his eyes on her."

Allison nodded in agreement, trying to keep her smile from shining this silent room. "Dad has always loved mom."

Deanna agreed. "That's why when they asked if I could take care of you, I immediately said yes."

The young lady's smile disappeared. She had always known that the first place her Mom asked for was theirs. But turns out she was wrong. Her mother asked first for Deanna's.

"But due to some personal matters, my decision changed."

That's how she ended up being put in into their care.

"Do you think they are still alive?" Allison's sudden question made Deanna to fix her eyes on the young lady.

She smiled softly. "Sweetie, I am sure they are still alive." Deanna sat on her chair, her hands in front of her. "Anyway, I am wondering if you'd like to go for a supply run?"

"Why? Are our supplies running low?" Involuntarily, Allison's brow rose. As far as she can remember, Olivia informed her yesterday that they still have enough supplies that'll last for a few days.

"Well, according to Olivia, our supplies are running low." Deanna replied, slightly shrugging.

"Oh. Is that so?"

So we have thieves and liars inside our walls now? She asked in the back of her mind.

"Yes. If you would go for a supply run now, you will be home before dark." Deanna stated. "Well, Aaron and Spencer could come - "

The young lady didn't let her finish her sentence. "Exclude Spencer. I'll decide my group." She didn't met Anna's face before she walked away, she just don't want to see her reaction.

Well, to cut the long story short, Allison don't want to team up with Spencer. Simply because he's coward and stupid. He might kill others than himself.

"Hey, Allison. Where are you going?"

"None of your business, Sam." Allison responded while wearing her jacket, sounding harsher than she intended to. She ran her fingers through her hair as she walked.
