LIAM

I can't stop my self.

Can't stop myself from looking at her, talking to her, or touching her.

Back inside the hotel, when I saw her talking to her ex, an involuntary feeling of jealousy washed over me and my feet took me to her, as if they have a brain of their own.

I couldn't stop myself from going to her then, and I can't stop myself from bringing her closer to me now.

Not when she's looking so gorgeous that she literally takes my breath away. Not when she walked up to me and stood so close to me that all I could smell was her flowery perfume.

She even threw my cigarette away.

A low gasp leaves her mouth when I pull her closer to me. She stumbles forward and places her hand on my chest, which is now beating violently under her palm.

Hazel eyes look up at me and I drown in them once again. She's shivering slightly under her thin shawl, and all I want to do is make her feel warm.

"Liam? What are you doing?" She whispers.

I wish I knew what I was doing.

Her hair is flying from the wind, the smaller pieces on the front covering her face now. I gently push it away, tucking the locks behind her ear and her breath hitches.

I pull her even closer and lean in, as my eyes move to her plump lips. Just as she's about to lean in and close the distance between us, a car comes to a halt next to us.

Zella looks at the car and sighs, stepping away. "That's my car."

Andd reality crashes back into me.

I step back as well and put my hands in my pocket so I can't touch her again. "You should go, it's late."

She nods and starts backing away, still facing me as she whispers, "Goodnight Liam."

"Goodnight Zella."

I watch her as she turns around and sits in the car, leaving me standing there.

Fifteen minutes later I'm back home. The living room is empty with the lights switched off which means my siblings are up in their rooms, probably sleeping. So I go up to check on them.

I first go to Isabella's room knocking before entering. She's sleeping on her bed but there are books and her laptop in front of her, as if she fell asleep while studying.

My sister craves academic validation which is why she overworks herself a lot. I wish she would go easy on herself.

I reach her bed slowly and pick up the books and laptop, keeping it on her desk. Then I open the blanket and tuck her in, before leaving.

I go to Amo's room and knock, hearing his distant voice, before he opens the door five seconds later.

"Oh, you're back," he moves aside and opens the door wider to let me in.

"Yeah, I heard you talking. Why aren't you asleep yet?"

I look around his messy room and sigh. This guy cannot keep his room clean even if his life depended on it.
