Episode 4; New member and Mutation

Date: 1943

They could heard the quiet sound of waves. They could feel the salty breeze of the sea on they're skin.

As they laid on the sand both Gardevoir and Koichi could not understand what had happened to them for awhile but the smell of smoke from the distance made they're minds remember. The monster, the destruction, the deaths. They hurriedly got back up before they looked around.

Koichis eyes locked on in front of him the red hot wreckage of the zero fighter plane, still smoking with small fires here and there. He heard someone muttering, he looked towards the person and instantly wince, it was Tachibana. He was muttering something while laying on a hammock while caressing a green scale that was from his Tyranitar. Although he could barely make out what he was muttering he could tell it was the same thing.

"Why did this happened?"

Soon the sun began to rise over the horizon, it's light began to illuminate the the ground. Gardevoir whimpered a bit as she looked at the destruction as well as the death bodies that were around the area.

'He barely use any of its true strength to beat us.....it was toying with....how...how can a creature like that exist?'

She thought to herself as she looked around before her eyes laid on a body close to her. She could feel how her breakfast was slowly coming up to her mouth. In front of her was a body that was so badly crushed that she couldn't even tell of it was a human or Pokemon anymore.

Another body close to the first one, had its lower parts crushed to a bloody paste with a eyeball near it. The body itself was completely headless with guts coming out of it's stomach while also missing its arms. She could tell that the end of this victim was incredibly gruesome, most likely being toyed around as well as being tortured by the creature. Instantly she let the contents in her stomach come out.

Koichi simply patted her back as he looked around the area with multiple bodies all over the area, some carefully arrange while the majority were too disfigured to pick up. His eyes soon laid onto another victim, with it's upper part completely missing.

"Hey."

Koichi instantly looked at Tachibana.

"I can't find this guy upper part body or his Pokemon, have you seen it anywhere?"

Koichi heart shattered a bit before his breathing became heavier.

"Hey.... This is all your fault you know.... They're all death because of you.... Was it so hard to pull the dam trigger!?"

Tachibana quickly grabbed Koichi before lifting him up with small tears coming out. Since they were stationed on Odo Island he quickly got to know them and his Pokemon. Some of them were retired Pokemon trainers while others were people that had families with children waiting for them back home. His tears soon began to come out before quickly throwing Koichi to the floor.

"If you had just pull the trigger.... Then maybe, just maybe, they would be alive.... My Tyranitar would be alive."

Tachibana simply walked away towards the remains of his partner as well as his starter before falling to his knees and breaking down. Tachibana didn't had a family, his mother died while giving birth to him and his father died right after he was sent onto Odo Island.
