FLASHBACK:

Alishka was sleeping peacefully in her room; A sudden thirst jolted her awake from her deep slumber. She got up and found the jug kept in her room empty, she went towards the living room and took water from the jug kept there. While drinking the water, its taste seemed alerted, and she noticed the surrounding appearing slightly blurry. The evening light streaming through a nearby window captivated her attention, revealing a beautiful view. While mesmerized by the beauty before her, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was still amiss. Turning around, she discovered Adhiraj standing uncomfortably close, his gaze fixed on the same spot as hers. She glanced at him, but his unwavering gaze remained fixed on the same spot, seemingly oblivious to her attempts to get his attention. Despite calling out his name, he remained unresponsive, making her feel as though she were invisible to him. After a few moments, he finally turned around, alerted by the distant sound of a door opening, leaving her in disbelief at his delayed response. It was Ahaan getting out and same conversation between them. She observed their entire conversation, attempting to call out to them, but her efforts proved futile, intensifying the sensation of her invisibility. Suddenly noticing a nearby mirror, she approached it, only to be shocked by the absence of her reflection, adding to the surreal nature of the situation. After a few moments of bewilderment, she came to the realization that she was experiencing an out-of-body phenomenon, explaining why no one could hear or sense her presence. It was a familiar sensation, as she had experienced it since childhood, albeit never as vividly as now. Racing towards her room to reunite with her body, she was met with a terrifying shock. She was horrified to witness her body suspended in the air, mouth gaping open in a chilling sight. She watched in alarm as a thick, black smoke rushed into her body at lightning speed, causing her suspended form to thrash and convulse uncontrollably with each passing second. In a state of panic and fear, she attempted to intervene and save her body, but it was already too late. With a sense of urgency, she dashed To Saina's room. Before rushing away, she witnessed her lifeless body springing to life, adorned with a wicked smile and glowing red eyes, sending a shiver down her spine. She let out a wicked laugh and attempted to seize her soul, but fortunately, it managed to evade her grasp as it fled. As she sprinted through the hallway towards her room, she encountered Ahaan joyfully heading in the same direction. Desperately, she tried to halt his progress by calling out to him and blocking his path, but her efforts proved futile.

BACK TO PRESENT
