Ah, Summer festival. A very popular and populated event of the year where people of all ages gather to spend the day enjoying the heights of summer season with their friends and families.

"Onii-chan, let's play that one!" Komachi said, pointing towards a goldfish scooping stand.

"Oh! How many fishies are you going to catch, Komachi-chan?" Nejire asked.

"I'll catch all of them!" Komachi proudly declared as she began to drag me towards the stand.

"How many nets do you think she's going to break, Hachi-kun?" Nejire whispered to my ear.

"Probably two or three before she actually catches one." I whispered back while taking Komachi's quirk into account.

"Good evening, missy! Do you wanna try catching some goldfish?" A man with an owl head asked.

Komachi tilted her head as she stared at him.

The owl-headed man did the same as the two wordlessly engaged in a silent staring contest.

A few seconds later, Komachi finally blinked, making the man chuckle.

"You can't beat in this kind of contest, missy." He said, making Komachi pout.

"Anyways, wanna try catching some fish? It's going to be 100 yen per net, but I'll give yer first net for free. What do ya say?" The owlman offered, which Komachi gladly accepted.

"Watch this, Onii-chan, I’m going to catch that big one. Horah!" With a quick swipe, Komachi looked at the hole on her paper net, making Nejire and I chuckle.

"That was just a warm-up! Birdman, get me another net!" Komachi demanded with a flushed face.

"Heh, pay up first, missy!" The man offered his hand out at her.

With a huff, Komachi dug into a small coin pouch that our mother gave her earlier and fished out a 100 yen coin. Slamming it on the man's hand, Komachi held her other hand out.

"Okay, I paid. Now the net!" Komachi demanded.

"Hear you go, missy!" The man said in an easygoing manner, unbothered by my sister's rudeness.

With a swift swipe of her hand, I quickly noticed how Komachi angled her wrist in an attempt to lessen the strain on the net. Heh, my dear, imouto's quirk is pretty quick to adapt.

*Scoop!*

A wry smile crossed my face as Komachi stared at the broken net in her hand as she turned to glare at the owlman.

"Again!" She said while slamming another 100 yen on the man's palm.

*Scoop!*

Nejire and I watched as Komachi did another swipe, more fluid and swifter than before, and looking at her net, we spotted a pair of small orange fishes flapping uselessly over her relatively intact paper net.

"Onii-chan, I caught two!" Komachi excitedly said.

"Wow, you didn't even use the bucket next to you to place the fishes you caught. And the net is still there!" The owlman said as he let out an impressed whistle at Komachi's achievement.

"Mhm!" Komachi happily nodded as she placed the fishes inside the water filled bucket next to her.

"Good catch, missy! Do you want your fishes in separate water bags or in a bigger water bag?" The owl man asked.

"Hehe, I'll take the big bag." Komachi giggled, a complete opposite of her rude behavior when she was struggling earlier.

Seeing Komachi step away from the tub full of goldfishes, the owner turned to us. "How about you kids?" He asked.
