Wellston Boys' Dorms:
John and Blyke's Room-
-----------------------------------------------------------------
"Nothing for you," John asserted. "Any of you!"
Nobody was really surprised to hear this, they were just trying to push John at this point into an outburst. They wanted to see how far they could go before he cut them off. Some may think this to be instigating, but the former royals saw this as progress.
John was standing on one side of the room facing the kitchenette while the others were facing him from his former cooking area.
John was confused to say the least and about to burst if he had to deal with a single person more. He did not expect this and did not want this, he never imagined a party in his room the first day Blyke moved back.
Clenching the spatula, John readied himself to speak. But, before he could, Seraphina spoke up.
"So, John, can we have a chat real quick?" She asked.
"Hell no, get out." He shortly answered.
"Why not?" She asked. "I want to pick up where we left off earlier and I want to know about your discussion with the headmaster."
"That's my information to know and I have no interest in picking up from earlier. You said your peace." He remarked.
Tension filled the already tense room.
Blyke was muttering under his breath.
"Ass," he whispered.
Isen's eyes widened, signaling to Blyke that his remark was not as quite as he thought.
John heard and started to crush the cooking item in his hand. Then he had an idea.
"If I speak with you, Seraphina, will you all agree to leave?" He asked.
Although it took every fiber of his being not to explode and leave a bloody mess in the room, he also did not want to get kicked out of school and had to at least make a minor change to his actions for a short time to get some leeway with Vaughn.
Seraphina was surprised but happy nonetheless to hear this.
She looked to the others in the room who returned her gaze and nodded that they would. Except for Blyke, of course. He was stuck here.
As John led Seraphina to the privacy of his room, he looked to Isen and spoke.
"Orange-haired idiot," he called.
Isen smiled and shook as he pointed to himself looking around.
"Yes, you," John stared him down. "The press is yours, you have no choice... If I catch you publishing anything slanderous-" Isen cut him off.
"Understood!" He shrieked.
Blyke shook his head and Arlo face-palmed.
'Coward,' they both thought.
"Oh, and..." They braced themselves for what John was about to say.
"No more safe house shit in the paper," he demanded.
This angered Remi whose eyes widened and was about to protest but John had already shut the door behind him.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
John shut and locked the door to avoid anyone barging in for some unknown reason. He also decided to activate his ability as a threat and for an extra measure. He knew that those outside would try to listen in and even use Isen as their tool.
