"Rose! Rose! Rose! Rose! Get in here!" The Doctor yelled.

"In a minute!" Rose yelled.

"Oh come on Rose!" The Doctor said through Rose's bedroom door. "I found this planet that I have never visited yet and I want to go there with you! It's called Defoove and it is in the Galaxy of Commonardo, which is a really nice galaxy actually. The people there are really nice, they use teeth as money, so you can't really understand them very well, but we can overlook that. They are also purple! You love purple, Rose! I also found a-"

"Doctor. Let me get dressed first!" Shouted Rose.

The Doctor tried to open the door.

"Don't even try Doctor. It's locked."

"But Rose," the Doctor said wining. "We need to go if we are going to make it to the fair that is going on today on the planet Defoove," the Doctor said.

Rose opened the door. "DOCTOR!" Rose screamed in his face.

"What?" The Doctor said, confused.

"You have a time machine. We can go whenever we want. Remember?"

"Wow do I feel stupid right now," the Doctor said. "Well let's get going!"

"No," said Rose as she attempted to shut the door in the Doctor's face, but the Doctor put his foot in the door.

"Hurry up Rose. I wanna go!"

"Ok Doctor," Rose said while opening the door. "You said you wanted to learn how to braid hair, I'll teach you right now, but you need to comb my hair.

"But Rose... Look at your hair. It's a mess. How am I suppose to comb that?" Said the Doctor.

"It's just like your hair, but more of it and messier," said Rose.

Rose walked into her room and sat on her bed with a comb in hand held out to the Doctor. "Come here Doctor. You better get started."

The Doctor walked to Rose's bed and plopped himself down on her bed so he could comb her hair. The Doctor took the comb and tried to comb Rose's hair.

"Ow Doctor! You start at the ends, not at the top."

"Ok. Ok. Ok. I got it now."

The Doctor continued to comb Rose's hair until it was finished being combed.

"Done! What's next?" The Doctor asked Rose.

"Next, I am going to get some hair ties quick. I'll be right back."

"Ok, but don't be too long."

Rose raced into the bathroom and came back with two hair ties.

"Why do you need two?" The Doctor asked.

"I will be doing a braid on one side of my head and you will be doing another one on the other side," said Rose.

"Okie dokie," said the Doctor.

"So what kind of braid do you want to learn?"

"I thought there was only one kind."

"There are a bunch. I'll look up pictures of them and you just tell me what you want to learn," said Rose. "Can you go and get the computer thing that hasn't even came out yet?"

The Doctor said, "I will be right back."

A few minutes later, the Doctor came out with an iPad Air. (Keep in mind that Rose still had a flip phone and it was 2005, so this hasn't came out yet.)

"Ok. Do you see anything you like yet Doctor?"

"I see you. And that's something I like."

Rose blushed and looked at the pictures of braids.

"Besides me," Rose whispered.

The Doctor looked for a few seconds at the braids.

"That one," the Doctor said, pointing at a complicated looking braid.

"I don't even know how to do that Doctor. I'll look up a video on how to do it and we can learn together. Hopefully we won't horribly fail," Rose said.

Rose looked up a video on how to do the braid and started the video.

"This is fun Rose. Thank you fo-"

"Shut up Doctor, or we won't know how to do it."

First, the video explained how to part the hair. The Doctor took some of Rose's hair and tried to parted it like they did in the video.

"Where is the pause button Doctor? I need more time! AHHHHHH! HELP DOCTOR!"

"It's in the corner. This isn't that hard to do."

"Ok. Are you ready for the next step Doctor?"

"I am ready," the Doctor said.

Rose started the video again and needed to pause it a few more times. She got lost and really confused, so she just winged it.

"Done!" The Doctor said proudly.

"I think I did a sorta good job," Rose said unconvincingly. "How did I do Doctor?"

"Now Rose. I'm not the type to judge, but it is horrible."

Rose walked over to the mirror in her bathroom and looked at her hair.

"How did you bloody do that Doctor?" Rose said while looking at her hair in the mirror." It looks amazing. Mine looks like a rat's nest."

The Doctor came into the bathroom with a black cape on and hugged Rose around the waist while putting his chin on her shoulder.

"That's because I am secretly a hairstylist," the Doctor said while he let go of Rose and spun around with his cape.

"One, no. You are not a hairstylist. And two, where did you get that cape?"

"My closet. Don't you like it?" The Doctor said.

"I need to go through your closet and throw away some of those clothes Doctor. Like seriously, why would you where a vegetable, Doctor?"

"I was going through a phase, Rose. Don't judge. Haven't you ever been through, like, a goth phase or something?" The Doctor asked.

"No I haven't. And I don't plan on it," Rose said with her hands on her hips.

"Well do I have a treat for you," the Doctor said.

"When do I get the treat?" Rose said curiously.

"Another time, Rose. Another time."

"Well. Can you do the other side of my head so I don't look like a hobo?"

"Sure. I'll be happy to, but you will need to do something for me," the Doctor said hopeful.

"Sure. What do you want me to do?"

"Go to the planet Defoove with me?" The Doctor asked quietly.

They both laughed.

"Anything for my Doctor," Rose whispered while squeezing the Doctor's face together with both hands to make him look squished.

"Stop. Rose. Just stop please. This hurts."

"Or what?" Rose said stubbornly.

"Or I'll take you home and never come back for you," the Doctor said through his squished face.

"Ok I'll stop, but you would never do that to me," Rose said while taking her hands off of the Doctor's face.

"I wouldn't. I love you too much," the Doctor said.

"I know," Rose said back. "Now, let's get started with my hair."

I plan on doing a chapter where Rose goes through the Doctor's clothes, but it won't be super connected to this chapter. It won't be a "Part 2" to this story though. Sorry this is a really long one. I just could keep going with this story forever. It has 1193 words! Wow! That's a lot.
