The Phantom Bullet and the Dual Blades

"SLAAAASSHHHHH SLASSSSHH!!!!" The blades repeatidly smashed against each other.. repeatedly sending out their violent song of battle.

"Getting slow are we Misaka!?" Death Gun roared as he sent his blade into whirlwind frenzy of powerful strikes.

"YA KIDDING!?" MIkoto roared back as she used all the speed she had to avoid the strikes, parrying with a combo sequence of Spinning Shields. "Your blade is so slow, it's like I'm looking at a statue!!"

Mikoto ducked under Sterben's next strike coming up behind him..  and layering a 3 point combo from a 360 angle.

Sterben blocked each and every single blow.. sparks rained down in front of the mask that was ignited in orange light by the flames burning from the desolated Banshee nearby.

His eyes glowed with ruby death, his mask smoldered with steaming fury.. However, Mikoto's eyes also bore the light of deep determination, the photon sword igniting with intense power.

"Don't think you can play with me smokey!" Mikoto roared. "I may not remember your name now! But I remember every technique you used to throw at me! Your Demon thrust combos! Your Estoc Respite! Heck! I even remember your stats!! When I fight somebody like you for so long!! I know how to counter it!"

"Maybe! But you're still slower then you used to be!" Said Sterben. "I've already taken down your health by quite the amount, and you've yet to hit me once!! And further more, you're alone.. that sniper girl cousin of yours has no scope! And the Black Swordsman is trapped in my Voltage Net. And once I take you down.. I'll go right ahead and kill the sniper! Both your cousin and your friend will be dead!! And more blood shall stain your hands!!"

"NEVER!!!" MIkoto screamed, she launched herself at Sterben again, and their blades grinded against each other once more, as they furiously pushed against one another, mortal enemies, both out for blood, both intent on destroying the other.

In the real world.. Asuna Yuuki ran through the halls of the hospital. On her shoulder was a computerized camera where Yui was able to see everything IRL and talk to everyone.

"Okay! First we'll go see how your Papa is doing, then we'll check on your Big Sis okay!?"

"Got it Mama!" Yui's voice spoke out of the camera.

Asuna opened the door to Kirito's hospital room.. and there he was.. shirtless in a hospital bed, with wires connected to his body, the Amusphere connected to his head as a heart monitor tracked his heartbeat.

The frog-like doctor, Heaven Canceller looked up from his clip board and smiled at Asuna. "Hello! Ms. Yuuki, it's been a while.

"How's Kazuto?" Asuna asked.

"Ahh.. yes.. he's fine." said Heaven Canceller. "His heartbeat is slightly elevated, but I can surmise that must be because of the battles he is experiencing within the game.. but his body is safe.. however.."

"However what!?" Asuna asked.

The door to the room opened quickly, and Nurse Aki came in, looking quite frantic. "Doctor! Misaka's destabilizing!! I've already pumped the generators to 150, but heart rate is climbing phenomenally!!"

"Wh-what!? What's wrong with Mikoto-chan!?" Asuna said.

Asuna followed Doctor Heaven Canceller and Aki into Mikoto's room. Mikoto was breathing heavily in the bed, sweat running down her body.. and lightning was rippling from her body. Large thick metal tubes and electrical wires were attached to her head and her arms. along with the usual medical wires.
