Revelation, Chapter 24
At the Quartermaine mansion-Monica was alone in the living room when there was a knock on the door. She opened it to find John. "John, I'm glad you came. We need to talk. I want Carly Spencer charged with Rico. I'm working on it." "Good. I hope you don't take this too personally or have any feelings for Carly." "I don't have any feelings for her." "Good. She needs to pay the price. I lost three sons because of her—one is dead." "I will do everything by the book," John said.
At The Metro Court—Skye was in the lobby when Tracy came in. "Skye, I heard you're back. I'm sorry about Lila Rae. How is she doing?" "Lila Rae has a lot of recovering to do. Why do you care?" "No one should be treated like that." "No, they should not." "I heard you're running Chandler Enterprises." "Yes, I am, and it's been successful because of me. Jr was ruined over this." "Yes, I heard. I also know about the deal you just made." "You do?" "Yes, and I'm glad you have it. I don't have any use for Drew or Michael—they're not Quartermaines like us." "You know, consider me a Quartermaine." "Unfortunately, you are Alan's daughter." "Yes, I am. It's been good catching up, but I need to tell Drew about Aurora." "I want to be there when you do."
At Aurora—Drew was in his office on the phone. "What! Do you know who just took over my company?" Drew asked as Skye and Tracy entered, and Drew hung up the phone. "Tracy, why are you here? Who are you?" "I'm Skye Quartermaine, your half-sister. I just took over this company. You are looking at the new CEO," Skye said. Drew got up, clearly upset. "How did this happen?" "It was easy—I have Jax's stock, and then I talked to the board members, who were unhappy with you for admitting you committed insider trading. It was Carly. The board doesn't trust you, and this company has struggled ever since you came back." "So you're just going to take my company like that? This is my daughter's legacy!" Drew yelled. "This isn't my fault—you couldn't handle a business if you just stayed focused and didn't fall for a woman who doesn't deserve you! Anyway, your daughter will be fine," Skye said. "I'm a Quartermaine too." "No, you're not—a true Quartermaine like Skye," Tracy responded. "You should gather your things and leave," Skye added. Drew packed up his belongings and left. As Skye approached her desk, she put her feet on it. "I want to make some changes in this company—starting with the name," Skye said.
