Revelation ch 17
At Amsterdam—Skye, Felicia, and Ava went to the location where the organization was helping missing women who were victims of sex trafficking. "Hello, my name is Skye Quartermaine. My daughter is missing, and I think you have her," Skye said as she showed the woman a picture of Lila Rae. "Yes, she is here," the woman replied. They entered the house and saw at least a hundred women inside. Felicia, Skye, and Ava felt overwhelmed.
"Are all those women victims of sex trafficking?" Ava asked.
"Yes, it happens here a lot and all over the country," the woman answered.
"No, does it happen in New York?" Ava queried.
"Yes," the woman confirmed.
"I have to work to stop this. We can't let this continue," Ava proclaimed.
"You do have the power to stop it," Felicia said as Lila Rae approached.
"Mother," Lila Rae said, looking bruised with long hair and unrecognizable. Skye was taken aback by her appearance.
"Lila Rae, baby, let's get you home," Skye said, hugging her.
"Where?" Lila Rae asked.
"To Port Charles. We want to help all these women reunite with their families," Felicia responded.
"Yes, we do. I have a contract that will help get all those girls to safety," Felicia added, providing the information.
At Port Charles—Sam's. Sam arrived home upset about Jason, while Danny was in the living room.
"Mom, why are you upset?" Danny asked.
"It's about your father. I found out why he stayed away all this time. You need to know the truth," Sam explained.
"What is it?" Danny asked.
"Jason had to work with the FBI to save Carly from going to jail. You lose years with your father because of her," Sam revealed.
"Dad chose her. He could have come home," Danny said.
"Yes," Sam agreed.
"He must love her more," Danny added.
"I'm sorry," Sam admitted.
"It's not your fault," Danny reassured.
At Elizabeth's—Elizabeth had just returned from work and was feeling emotional, wondering what Jason's news was, when Jake came in.
"Jake, I have some news. Your father is on his way to talk to us," Elizabeth said.
"Why?" Jake asked.
"Just be open-minded about it," Elizabeth advised.
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door—it was Jason.
"Jake, how are you doing?" Elizabeth greeted.
"Just get to the news," Jake said.
"The reason I stayed away all these years is because I had to work with the FBI to help them bring down a mob boss," Jason explained.
"Like you," Jake said.
"Yes, like me," Jason confirmed.
"Why did you have to?" Jake inquired.
"If I didn't, the FBI was going to charge Carly with Rico charges," Jason answered.
"Carly was the reason our son lost years with you! We thought you were dead!" Elizabeth yelled.
"I hope it was worth it! Danny and I could have used you," Jake remarked.
"You should go," Elizabeth suggested.
