The first time was Flash Thompson. And how fitting it was that he was the first.

He had always been a thorn in Peter's side. Since they were children, he was an absolute nuisance, and Peter could only ever put up with him because of their power as the rich. Even after becoming Spider-Man, Peter still couldn't do anything about him. His powers only made Flash easier to tolerate. After experiencing humiliation in the school cafeteria, Peter finally decided to fight back. But of course, he was going to be smart about it. Flash had brawn, but Peter had brains and knew how to use it. Plus, if you mix that with his powers...

"Wait, am I hearing this correctly? You want me to add a safety measure to your suit?"

Tony Stark never thought he'd witness this.

"Yeah. I know it sounds weird, but I realized that it would make it easier for me to hide. Especially in a wide-open area or something. I thought it would be a good idea to give my opponent no idea where I am."

"That doesn't sound too bad. Alright, when do you want to get started?"

"Right now. I've had this idea in my notebook for some time now."

Which wasn't a lie in any shape or form. The reason he was presenting it to Tony was, though. But what did it matter? Plus, he knew the billionaire well. He knew he wouldn't say no if he presented it as a matter of safety. Things were already going swimmingly from the very beginning. But of course, Peter shouldn't celebrate far too early. This was, after all, only the first step.

Peter throughout the weekend would test out how effective the invincibility was. He thought about hiding himself via thermal temp, but he would do that later. Not like a high school would have such high-tech cameras. Anyhow, Peter liked how perfect the invincibility was, plus he was going over how he would put it to use. The best he came up with was framing him, but for what? It was an excellent high school, so they cared very highly about their reputation. Thus, why not frame Flash for something that could ruin their sparkly image? Perfect. Now, for what exactly?

"Smoking? Nah, too typical. Plus, they could easily cover that up. The most that could happen is for him to get into trouble with his parents. Maybe inappropriate photo - ew, no. Never mind, I feel too gross just thinking about it. Ugh, what then? Maybe... ohhhhh. I could just record what he already does to me. Plus, AI is getting better at faking voices. K.A.R.E.N can help me out with that. Okay, I have an idea now. How about a website that supposedly been around for a long time now? I got it. I'll save it for last though, I wanna savor the pain I'm gonna make him feel. Now, for the first thing, lets start small. Maybe I'll go with the smoking idea..."

And yes. This was while he was in the tower within F.R.I.D.A.Y's field of view and audio recording. But was she really going to call Peter out for something that even she knew Flash was deserving of? As far as she was concerned, Flash was getting what was long coming for him. And she was more than happy to delete any evidence of it.

After that weekend was over, Peter already had the whole week planned out. Every day was going to be a separate offence that Flash would be blamed for.

Monday - Cheating On An Exam (and violence).

All it took was for Peter to find, copy, and place all of the answers in Flash's backpack. He made a report against him, even saying that Flash threatened violence if he said anything. Then punched himself in the eye in an area without cameras to really sell it after making the report. Flash tried to confront him in that same area, and had nothing to defend himself with. No matter how many times he told them Peter punched himself, no one listened. It helped that thanks to his Spidey powers, Peter was able to dilate his pupils to give himself a puppy dog look as he cried fake tears. Might as well also tell the Dean Flash's history of bullying for good measure for any other "terrible things" he will do in the future. They were both called into the office and Tony alongside Aunt May were asked to join in on the serious matter. The Thompsons, also called in, tried to argue, but it was no use.
