All the family members joined for the breakfast including Rudra and Durva. After all that happened yesterday Durva was anxious and kind of avoiding Rudra. "Chachi ji mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai" Rudra said "bolo bolo" she said "chachiji kal Durva was standing outside fully wasted i think humko curfew lagana chaiye" Rudra said "hahaha look at yourself first Rudra! Curfew?? Durva pe nahi tumpe lagna chaiye, ek shaadi pakki hui hai woh toh tumse sambhali nahi jaari!" Chacha ji interrupted "ask Durva chacha ji" Rudra asked "mujhe meri beti par trust hai theek hai kabhi kabhi hojata hai i think hum sab ko apne oopar dhyan dena chaiye" chachaji slammed. After all the discussion Durva went to Rudra's room toh ask him about yesterday's event but Rudra scolded her for not saying anything infront of everyone.

Phone call beeping "hello" Tara answered in sleeping voice "Tara wakeup" Aaryan screamed "uthi hu yaar bol kya hua aaj toh sunday haina" Tara said "still its 11 am already and mein Mumbai jara hu 2 din ke liye toh please sara work sambhal lena" Aaryan said "haa haa jana yaar sone de bye" Tara cut the call.
After morning incident zoya calls Rudra and ask her to meet in the club where Zoya makes the deliberate attempt to pair Rudra with another girl to check his loyalty towards her after few incidents zoya is convinced that how Rudra is not at all interested in other girls just then she leaves Rudra at the bar area and goes towards the stage to dance. Some girls at the bar tries to flirt with him "akele ho ya koi hai tumhare saath" girl asked "tumse matlab?" Rudra answered rudely "ouch acting achi karte ho! Aren't you interested in me?" She asked "behen tu koi or ladka pakadle naa I'm engaged" Rudra replied gulping his drink. "What did you just said? You are engaged? Tumne yeh kyu nahi bola ki you are committed to me?" Zoya interrupted "zoya the fact that I'm engaged is undeniable? What's your problem?" Rudra questioned "the fact that i thought you are loyal to me! But now i'm getting it you are loyal to a girl that not even like you" zoya screamed "just shut the fuck up okay?" Rudra cut off the conversation and left for home

Rudra entered in the living room "Rudra beta come here bataa yeh saree kaisi hai?" Badi mummy asked "badi mom aap pe toh sab achaa lagta hai" Rudra replied "array mein apni baat nahi karri" badi mummy said "toh?" As soon as he asked badi mummy grabbed him towards the video call Tara and immediately left the living room "array aap log kaha jaare ho" Rudra screamed looking towards the screen Tara waved awkwardly at Rudra as they exchanged a smile he couldn't able to take off his eyes from her face and saree she was wearing after a minute of silence "woh mein jaa hi raha tha ki badi mummy ne rok liya" he said "ha i know unhone hi mujhe bola ki saree pehno" Tara
said in low pitched voice."theek hai mein chalta hoon tum karo videocall" he said after taking a screenshot of the video call "bhai mujhe aapse ek baat karni hai" Durva intrigued "ha haa" Rudra said.
After Rudra's call Tara's phone rang again "say Aaryan" Tara asked "Tara harassment ka case hai client ka kal hi hai please sambhal lena" Aaryan pleaded "what? Kal ka? Or tum mujhe abhi batare ho itni raat ko? Are you dumb par theek hai ladki ka matter hai mein dekhti hu" Tara said "ladki ka nahi ladke ka" Aryan said "what are you even saying" Tara asked "yes the girl has been harassing him to marry her" Aaryan answered "oh who is the guy?" Tara asked "Mr. Siddharth Mittal" Aaryan replied "industrialist ka beta?" Tara asked "yes abhi bye file office mein rakhi hai just go through it" Aaryan hung up on me.
The only thing i knew about this case was it was Siddharth Mittal's case whose father is an industrialist that's it.

"Bhai bahot badhi problem hogayi hai dekho mein sirf aap se discuss karri hu aap please yeh baat kisi ko matt pata lagne dena, actually what happened was in yesterday's party Siddharth tried to assault me" Durva said as soon she finished the sentence she started sobbing "Durva tumne mujhe pehle kyu nahi bataya? You didn't even told anyone about this?" Rudra asked "bhai itna kuch hogya bade papa ka election aane wala hai yeh sab hua toh he'll kill me" Durva said "don't worry i'll handle it" Rudra assured "bhai par Siddharth stabbed back me he have warned me that he will be filing case against me and tomorrow there's first visit in the court i am scared bhaiya" Durva said while crying harder "don't worry hum kal jaate hai or mein lawyer se baat karta hu" Rudra said hugging Durva.

Court
I rushed to the court in the morning hoping for the best in our favour. I reached to the court went through the documents and i found Durva Raisighani's name. Wait what? This case is against Durva Raisighani? Rudra's sister? Wtf!! Actually told that to myself. I immediately took out my phone and called Aaryan "wtf Aaryan do you even know yeh siddharth ka case kiske against hai?" I questioned "kya hua kiske against hai"? He asked "meri hone wali sister in law!" I screamed "yeh sab tumhe vakilnama likhne se pehle sochna tha Tara now you are too late" Aaryan hung up on me again. I was so frustrated about the fact that how each and every time I manage to stuck in these kinds of situations. As I was busy with my own thoughts I didn't realised that Rudra's car has already parked in front of the building. And just after that i saw him walking inside the court room. I somehow tried to escape but i think i was too late for it because they initiated the roll call for the day. And i had to went inside and mark my presence for the day.
After sometime they called out the case name for the hearing while i was still busy postponing the date of the case. I peeked here and there but couldn't able to find Rudra and Durva in the courtroom as it was extremely crowded i thought to finish it by myself and escape the room "where's defendant?" Judge asked " my lordship me and my client are present at the moment but i think opposite party is too busy to deal with it so i would like to appeal for an another date for the trial" I replied "okay as they are unable to present for the case i will appoint another date" Judge replied "my lordship sorry for the inconvenience" Durva's lawyer interrupted. "Mam sorry for the delay" Rudra Apologised. Yes, it was Rudra's voice who was standing right behind me.
