Once he was shut down they started their analysis

Upon investigation there were many sub routines and dangerous counter measures in place along with a massive amount of corrupted data

One set of code stood out from the rest as it is one of Eggman's primary coding

Jaune felt terrible as that feels similar to how Ironwood Indoctrinated him

Tails: that code is concerning.

Pietro: it clashes with his new programming.

Jaune: it's in conflict with his self identity.

That got everyone scared as Pietro rushes to his daughter and son

Tails: the strange thing is....the explosive device is not just disarmed it's missing.

Penny: how can that be?

Tails: records indicate that Gamma Torn it out by himself a while ago as to not endanger any living thing.

Penny: he's pretty considerate for a designated combat mech. Intriguing.

Pietro: he reminds me of another pure soul I know.

Penny: who would that be father?

Pietro smiles and tells her it's a secret

Tails: breaking this code will be a piece of cake for a couple of geniuses.
