What if Jily Lived?

Universe 2: 1994/1995

It was June 1994 and time for all the students of Hogwarts to come home for the summer. Platform 9¾ was filled with tons and tons of parents and guardians waiting for the train to appear. One of these guardians was Ashina Alptekin. The woman had beautiful, tanned skin, brown eyes, brown hair and freckles.  She was currently wearing a ripped brown short, ripped brown trousers, black boots and her normal fur coat. She was waiting to pick up the niece of her best friend.

Soon the Hogwarts express arrived and students soon pulled off the train. A girl in Hufflepuff uniform with messy red hair and grey eyes got off the train and walked right towards Ashina. This was Luna Greyback. “Why are you here to pick me up? Where’s Aunt Jada?” Luna scoffed only for Ashina to reply with “arguing with Alpha. She sent me to get you” Ashina then just started walking off so Luna quickly followed “can you even apparate?” Ashina didn’t answer so Luna took that as a no.

The pair walked for what felt like 3 hours before they arrived at the pack grounds which was just a clearing in the middle a dark forest. As soon as they arrived, Luna knew something was off. The atmosphere wasn’t right. Suddenly, A woman with knotty brown hair and brown eyes came storming out of one of the huts with a bloody face and screaming “FUCK YOU FENRIR!”. Ashina quickly followed after her to her hut as a man walked out of the hut and called Luna inside. Luna takes a deep breath and follows him into the hut. The man was large and vicious looking with matted grey hair and whiskers. He had pointed teeth and long yellowish nails. He kind of looked animal-like. This was the famous werewolf Fenrir Greyback.

“Take a seat!”

At the growl, Luna quickly sits down out of fear and watches Fenrir. Fenrir slaps his hand on the table right in front of Luna making her flinch. “First, you ruin the Greyback reputation by being a stupid Hufflepuff. Secondly, you hang out with a Diggory. Someone no one knows the blood status off. Thirdly, you stop sending letters of information. Fourthly, you fail your mission. We have lost Remus Lupin for good. We are never getting him back and finally you barley passed your exams, and you didn’t even turn up to your DADA exam. Be lucky of the contact I signed, or you would be dead right now” Luna pulled a face of confusion. What contract? What was Fenrir on about? But before Luna could ask, Fenrir moved away “your punishment will have to when we get back. I don’t want you ruining the meeting by being covered in blood. In your hut, you will find a green dress and a hairbrush. Go get dressed and neaten yourself up. We will be leaving in 10 minutes”

Luna didn’t dare question anything and ran off to her hut. On her bed she found a pink hairbrush and a lace green dress. She quickly got dressed and brushed her hair. But all her hair didn’t fit into the one bobble she had so she put one side of her hair in a ponytail and one side down before rushing back to her dad’s hut just in time to leave. Fenrir tightly grabs Luna’s arm and apparated them away. Luna tries not to hiss in pain as Fenrir’s claws dig into her wrist.

The father and daughter arrived in front of giant silver gates. The gates slowly open for Fenrir to start dragging Luna through the garden. The garden was filled with beautiful peacocks of different colours and gorgeous flowers. The garden also had giant elegant fountains made of silver. On the side of the pathway to the front door, there were two huge hedges covered in beautiful red roses. They soon arrived in front of a beautiful ancient mansion. The mansion had tall pointy towers and tons and tons of glittering windows. The bricks of the mansion were a beautiful shade of gold. The mansion was beautiful. Fenrir lets go of Luna’s hand as the door slowly opens.

Fenrir walks down the dark corridor, with Luna following, all the way to the ballroom. The pair walk inside to find Lucius Malfoy (a blonde man wearing a black suit), Narcissa Malfoy nèe Black (a blonde woman wearing a green dress), Draco Malfoy (a blonde boy wearing a black suit) and Lyra Black (a brown-haired girl with a white button shirt and a green skirt). Luna pulls a confused face but stays silent as Lucius, Narcissa and Fenrir start talking out of hearing range of the children. She didn’t want her punishment to be even worse. But Draco and Lyra were making that super hard. Lyra was just glaring at her, and Draco was making bad comments about Luna being in the building. Before Luna broke her silence, the parents walked back over. But with the look on their faces, Luna knew her life was going to get so much worse. Lucius was the one to announce the change, but everyone had different reactions to it.
