What if Jily Lived?

Universe 1: 1982

In the middle of Cokeworth there’s a street called Spinner's End and in the last house on that street, lived a cute young family. The house was only small and may be on a horrible run-down street, but the mum of the family decorated the inside of the house all pretty. She had to do something she wasn’t allowed outside. You see her husband was overprotective and he already nearly lost her, and he lost the love of his life to his bully (yes that’s two different people), so he hid her and their first-born daughter away. Now while they were hidden away, they had twin daughters. The husband never let the world know about their existence. Then a year later, the man had a one-night stand that ended with him hiding away another child, not letting anyone know of her existence. However, despite all this, the man took a job teaching at a magical board g school called Hogwarts which meant he wouldn’t be home most of the year. But the woman still followed the rules and never went outside.

This leads to now.

The little family were sat in the living room. Two of the little girls were playing with dolls. One of these girls was a 3-year-old with brown eyes. She was wearing a rainbow beanie, a black shirt and denim overalls. This was the daughter the world knew about. Her name was Star Walburga Black. The girl she was playing with was 2 years old. She had dark brown hair in a ponytail and round glasses that covered her brown eyes. She was wearing a red dress. Sat in the armchair was a thin man with sallow skin, a large, hooked nose, and yellow, uneven teeth. He has shoulder-length, greasy black hair, and cold, black eyes. He was wearing black, flowing robes. This was the overprotective husband/father known as Severus Snape. Sat on the floor, next to his feet, was a girl who looked identical to the other 2-year-old expect for the hair, clothes and no glasses. The girl had black hair and was wearing a green shirt and black shorts. Sat on the sofa was a woman with dark brown hair, tied into a side ponytail and brown eyes. She was wearing a red dress with black pumps. This was Lolly Snape nèe Black, only daughter of Walburga and Orion Black. In her arms was her 1-year-old stepdaughter. Lolly was currently feeding her milk from a bottle. The baby had a head of light brown and brown eyes.

“Mama pway with me and sissy” Star begged looking up at Lolly, but Lolly sighed and spoke softly “Mummy’s busy right now feeding Fauna. I’ll play when she’s asleep. You have fun playing with Eileen for now”. Star giggled and goes back to playing with her sister, Eileen. The 2-year-old at Severus’s feet looks up at Severus “Go outside?”. Severus snaps his head down to her in anger “no Lilith. You know the rules! No going outside whatever happens!”.

“Why?”

“YOU DON’T NEED A RE- “

Before Severus could finish his sentence and punish Lilith for just being curious, there was a knock on the door. “Stay in here!” he demands to his family before grabbing his wand and walking towards the door. No one was meant to know where they were and why didn’t the wards go off. He slowly opens the door but before he could blast the person away ........

BAM!!!

He got punched in the face and was knocked out cold.

“That’s what you get for manipulating my sister and hiding her away from the world!”

The person that had punched Severus was Lolly’s older brother, Sirius Black. A man with wavy shoulder length black hair and grey eyes. He was wearing a black, band t-shirt, a leather jacket, ripped black jeans and black doc Martins.  Now Sirius had been hunting his sister down ever since Voldemort was killed a year ago. He looked everywhere. He searched high and low for her and Star. So, he was beyond angry. Sirius was about to go looking round when he heard the voice of his sister.

“Sev? I heard a bang is everything ok”

Sirius looked up to see his sister walk out of the living room. He didn’t even say anything before Lolly was jumping into his arms, hugging him tightly. They both exchanged I miss you’s before Lolly realised what Sirius had done to her husband.

“Before you look at me in that tone of voice, he was going to atta-”

“Thank you”

“What?”

“Thank you. We couldn’t leave.”

“.... you’re welcome. Now go get Star. I’ll go get all your stuff”

“About that. There's more than just me and Star now”

“What?”

Lolly grabs Sirius’s arm and pulls him into the living room “Sirius, meet my daughters Star, Lilith and Eileen and my stepdaughter Fauna”. Star got up and ram over to Sirius “UNCWE DOGGY!” Sirius quickly picked Star up and tickles her making her giggle. “Hi kids. I’m your uncle Sirius” he said before turning to Lolly “we need to go before he wakes up. I’ll come back for all your stuff”. Lolly nods and picks up Fauna, who was fast asleep, and grabs Lilith’s hand while Sirius grabs Eileen’s hand. “Go to the smaller black manor Lolly”. Lolly nods and they all apparate away.

“Kids meet your Aunt Lolly and your new cousins. Fauna is in your aunt’s Arms. I’m holding star. The girl on the left is Lilith and this is Eileen. Go have fun”
