The day of Elina and Emma's departure finally arrived. At the airport, Ava clung to Emma, tears streaming down her face. "Can't you stay?" she wailed. Emma patted her gently. "I'll come to meet you guys after our entrance exams," she promised. Ava reluctantly let go, then turned and smacked Sam. "She's leaving because of you!" she accused, still sobbing. Sam looked bewildered. "How am I responsible for this?" he asked. Ava blew her nose and continued, "You were the one who introduced her to that coaching program!" Sam shook his head, pushing her aside to talk to Emma, while Elina and Jiya watched the scene from a distance with a mix of amusement and affection.
"Sometimes, Ava reminds me of myself in high school," Jiya remarked, observing Ava. "Especially with that haircut," Elina added, shaking her head. Jiya laughed and nodded. "Yeah, yeah," she agreed. "Jay and Joe will be mad at me for not bringing them here," Jiya continued, shaking her head. Elina chuckled, "It's okay." Jiya sighed, "But those two boys won't forgive me for not waking them up to see their favorite aunt and sister!" She worried about the chaos her twin sons might cause. Elina smiled, "They won't trouble you. They're good kids, and we already met the day before yesterday," she reassured. Jiya nodded, "Yeah, yeah. Only if you knew how I juggle my patients and those three at home," she said, referring to Ross and their twin sons. Elina laughed and nodded.
"You're not just going for the classes, are you?" Sam asked Emma. She smiled softly and shook her head. "I can't let her give up her dreams for me," she said. Sam nodded. "It's okay," he said, patting her shoulder. "Let's promise to ace the entrance test and meet at the same university," he suggested, trying to cheer her up. Emma smiled wide and nodded. Sam was about to say more but was interrupted by Ava hitting him on the head. "Yah! You dumbass, give her the chocolates!" she demanded, still sniffling. Sam closed his eyes in frustration. "I was about to," he muttered, handing Emma her favorite chocolates.
"Why did you have to leave me alone with her now?" Sam groaned. Ava nodded, then paused, realizing what he said. "Wait, what?!" she exclaimed. Emma laughed, making Sam and Ava smile. Emma sighed, realizing how much she would miss her friends. "Okay, group hug?" she suggested. Ava and Sam smiled and nodded, the three of them hugging each other tightly.
"Ava, you're pushing me out!" Sam complained. "So what? I need to hug her more," Ava retorted. "I was her first friend, so I should hug her first!" Sam argued. "So what?" Ava shot back, hugging Emma even tighter. Emma laughed, "I wonder who will solve your fights now," she said as they all laughed and parted from the hug.

"Mom, I think that's our ride," Emma said, pointing to a man holding a board with Elina's name. "Yeah, let's go," Elina said, walking towards him with Emma. "Elina Charles?" the man asked. Elina nodded, and he smiled, extending his hand. "I'm Winter Sebastian, but you can call me Win," he introduced himself. Elina shook his hand and smiled. Win looked at Emma and asked, "Is she your sister?" Elina smiled, holding Emma's arm. "She's my daughter, Emma," she clarified. Win widened his eyes but quickly laughed awkwardly. "Oh, I see. You look so young, I didn't realize," he apologized. Elina nodded, "It's alright."
"I need to handle something urgently; please have a seat in the car," Win said. Elina nodded with a smile, and Win led them to the car before taking out his phone to text his teammates.

"Excuse me!" Elina called. Win put his phone away and approached. "Sorry for the delay," he apologized. Elina shook her head with a smile, "No problem. Would you like a sandwich?" she offered. Win hesitated but accepted after Elina insisted. He sat beside the driver, unwrapping the sandwich.
"Oh, by the way, I brought everything you might need. It's in the back. If you have any questions, feel free to ask," Win said, smiling. Elina nodded, thanking him.
Emma leaned towards Elina, whispering, "Did you already talk to them?" showing her phone. Elina nodded, "Yes," she whispered back. Emma nodded and returned to her seat, looking at her phone.
Elina gazed out the window, a smile playing on her lips.
I suppose this is a chance for me to start fresh and new...
