"Why are we waiting inside your car?" Liam asked Kevin, yawning as he took another sip of the Americano Kevin had handed him. It was early, too early for Liam, but Kevin had insisted.

Kevin continued to peer outside, his eyes scanning the office entrance. "Just wait a few more minutes," he said, ignoring Liam's question.

Liam sighed, exasperated. "This is my third cup since morning!" he exclaimed, trying to sound casual despite their current setting.

Kevin nodded, his attention still focused outside. "Just a few more minutes," he repeated.

Suddenly, Kevin's face lit up. "She's here! She's here!" he exclaimed, causing Liam to widen his eyes and look around, not seeing anyone.

"Is my hair alright? Am I looking fine?" Kevin asked, turning to Liam.

Liam gave him a look, clearly done with the situation. "You're fine," he said, shaking his head. "Let's go."

As they walked towards the office, Liam leaned in and whispered, "Don't tell me you were waiting outside for her."

Kevin nodded, trying to appear nonchalant.

Liam scanned their ID, and they headed towards the elevator. Elina noticed them but pretended not to as she waited for her own elevator.

Kevin's elevator arrived quickly, and he motioned for Liam to enter. Realizing Kevin's plan, Liam cleared his throat. "Um, Ms. Elina, why don't you join us?"

Elina gave a small smile. "I believe that elevator is reserved for the CEO and executives," she said politely.

Liam nodded, realizing his mistake. "Oh, yes, of course. We'll get going then."

As they entered the elevator, Kevin pouted, clearly disappointed. "I suppose your plan failed?" Liam asked, pressing the button for their floor.

Kevin sighed. "Yeah, it did. Now how am I supposed to talk to her when we don't even have any common meetings?"

Liam smiled. "Actually, you can—"

Kevin frowned. "When?" he asked, eager for any suggestion that might help his cause.

Emma's point of view at school

"Hi," Emma said as she took her seat. Jiho tried to avoid looking at her, nodding slightly. "Hi," he mumbled. Emma laughed, making him frown and slowly turn to face her.

"What happened?" Jiho asked, puzzled.

Emma shook her head, still giggling. "Nothing, I just remembered our chats from yesterday," she said, her laughter bubbling up again.

Jiho tried to hide his embarrassment, attempting to sound casual. "It wasn't that funny," he muttered.

"Yeah, yeah," Emma said, nodding as she tried to control her laughter.

Jiho's eyes then drifted to Emma's wrist, noticing her bracelet. "It looks nice," he commented, causing Emma to frown for a moment before realizing what he meant.

"Oh, this?" She lifted her wrist to show off the bracelet.

"Thanks, it's a friendship bracelet."

"From your old friends?" Jiho asked, and she nodded.

"That's good."

"By the way, the drama club has an open spot, and you haven't chosen any club yet. Do you want to join?" Jiho asked, trying to change the subject.
