A change in both worlds || Dogday x Catnap ||

Picnic Panic

-No one's POV-

As they all arrived at the park, they all put down their picnic blankets on the ground and talked amongst themselves as Picky made food for everyone on the grill.

Catnap decided to crawl up on a tree and nap there while his tail hanged.

"Soo... Dogday!" Bobby said while her little tail shaking. "Do you like Catnap~?" She looked at him ready to get all the tea.

As Dogday was drinking water he accidentally choked by the question and blushed slightly. "I-I don't really know...-" he said as he calmed down.

The puppy's ears went a little down before saying. "I mean... I haven't honestly forgiven him just yet Bobby...- But even after the events that just happened it makes me feel... confused..." He mumbled while looking down into his cup.

The Bear with the heart pendent putted her hand on the dog's back and rubbed it. "It's okay to be confused! Everyone is like that" she said while giving a comforting smile. "I mean... you do have every right to not forgive him just yet, you do need time to heal yourself! Physically and mentally... Buttttt...." she said while looking at him while smirking. "Is he a good kisser?" She said while giggling waiting for a answer.

The canine's face turned red as he heard the question the red bear had asked. His tail started wagging like crazy.

"So, he is a great kisser...?" The bear asked happily waiting for an answer.

The dog wished he could get out of this situation, but he didn't know what to do.

That was until Picky came to the recuse.

"Hey Dogday! Can you taste this dessert for me? I want your input!" She said while smiling.

It was like angels from heaven has answered his wish.

"S-sure Picky!" He said as he let out a long sighed and got up and went to Picky.

The food smelt amazing! It was so many flavors of Meals, Treats, and Drinks.

Picky gave Dogday a brown cake to try and he took it gladly.

Dogday started to chew on it, and it was so good! He has never tasted anything like it before. His tail wagged with excitement as he wanted one more sample to try which he got. He felt like his mouth was in heaven with this new flavor he had just tasted.

"Mmmm~ What is this?! It's so good!" The dog said happily, and he finished eating the cake.

Picky giggled. "I'm so glad you like it Dogday!!! It's white chocolate Cake! I also added a bit of vanilla and bits of dark chocolate into to it as well to turn it into that brownish look! I thought it was better." She said happily. "I guess I was right!" she went back to cooking while Dogday stared at her confusingly.

"White and Dark Chocolate..?"

-Dogday's POV-

I never knew it could taste that good before! I sallow the last bit of the cake and I see Bubba walking over to us.

"Hey guys what are you doing?" He asked curiously wanting to be a part of the conversation.

"Picky told me try out the cake she made to taste test it!" I said happily. "It was so good!!! Who knew Dark chocolate and White chocolate could go so well together?!" I say as I wag my tail

"Did you say... Chocolate?" Bubba questioned with a concerning look in his eyes. "C.H.O.C.O.L.A.T.E.?" He spelt out for me to confirm.

"Yeah...?" I replied looking confused. Why would he need to spell it out? I know what I said!

"That's what I made! Wanna try some?" She asked while looked at Bubba.

He shook his head no looking worried and confused. "Dogday I need you to spit it out-" he said looking desperate.

"But I already ate it!" I look confused as my tail stopped wagging slowly.

I felt something burning in my throat and I felt like I was about to throw up.

I groaned and put my hand on my chest.

"Dogday... Dogs can't eat chocolate...- It's deadly-" Bubba said worriedly as he went towards me to help.

"W-what...? H-how-" I suddently get cut off by coughing up blood.

"Oh no-" Picky said in a worried look almost in tears. "I-i'm so sorry I didn't know!-"

Everyone's attention started to focus on the three of us especially me.

"It's okay Picky-" I said while my eye lids started closing a little. "Y-you didn't know!"

I stood up and wiped the blood off of my mouth and started laughing. "That was my bad- I should've known it was bad for me! - No need to worry honest!" I say trying to not let them worry at all.

"Are you sure...? It's still a serious matter Dogday.." Bubba asked ready to take health matters into his hands.

"i-i'm sure!" I said as I laughed it off. I lied.

My stomach and throat is in so much pain.

"I'm going to go hang out and talk with catnap or someone else alright...?" I said before slowly walking off.

The blue elephant watched me as I walked off.

My head hurted and I passed out falling to the grass.
