"Yes, mom,"

"I know, I will handle it," he assured.

Taehyung slowly opened his eyes upon hearing his husband's deep voice. The alpha stood by the window, the morning light casting a glow on Taehyung's face.

It had been a week since their honeymoon fight. They had just returned from Hawaii, but Taehyung had fallen ill and was unable to attend school.

Jungkook turned his face to see Taehyung waking up, approaching the bed cautiously.

Since the fight, Taehyung had distanced himself from Jungkook, almost ignoring him. Despite the incident, Jungkook showed no emotion towards Taehyung, even leaving for work and leaving the maids to take care of him.

"Tomorrow, you should attend the school" Jungkook tells Taehyung this with an emotionless expression on his face. Taehyung, in response, turns away from him and lies on the bed, covering his head with a white bedsheet.

Jungkook stands in front of his mirror, putting on his tie and black coat, then glances at his reflection. He leaves the room without even acknowledging Taehyung, who is still lying on the bed.

Tears continue to fill Taehyung's eyes, but he closes them tightly and takes a deep breath in the warm air.

Next day
At the school

Taehyung was making his way upstairs to his classroom, his gaze fixed on the ground as he walked slowly. He finally reached his classroom and glanced at his chair, where his best friend was sitting, eagerly waiting for him with a wide smile. "Welcome, my Tae Tae!" Jimin exclaimed loudly, making sure the whole class could hear.

Without hesitation, Jimin rushed towards Taehyung and enveloped him in a tight hug, his face beaming with joy. "Ohh, I missed you so much," he said, breaking the hug. Taehyung forced a fake smile, not wanting his best friend to see his true sadness.

"Are you okay?" Jimin asked, concerned about Taehyung's well-being. Taehyung nodded, assuring him that he was fine. They walked together to their seats, and Jimin began sharing about his vacation. Taehyung simply nodded along, but Jimin noticed that something was still off about his friend's expression and voice.

After a few minutes, their class began and their first period was math. Jungkook entered the classroom holding two books in his hand, his expression cold and serious. The entire class greeted him and he nodded, signaling for everyone to sit down.

"Why can't your husband just smile instead of looking like he wants to kill someone?" Jimin whispered to Taehyung, who had a gloomy expression. Taehyung simply looked down, unable to bring himself to meet Jungkook's gaze.

"Well, Kim Taehyung, don't you need your math exam results?" Jungkook asked directly, addressing Taehyung. Suddenly, Taehyung looked up and met Jungkook's intense gaze, causing the entire class to turn their attention to them.

Taehyung had been absent for a few days, so today he planned to collect his exam results from the teachers, most likely during the break. However, Taehyung wasn't in a good mood, so he had thought of waiting until the interval. But now, his math teacher, Jeon Jungkook, had decided to give them to him directly in front of the entire class.

Taehyung stood up slowly and began walking towards Jungkook, attracting the attention of the entire class. Everyone knew that Taehyung was a top student, except for his poor grades in math. Their old math teacher used to scold Taehyung whenever he received bad grades, but now Jeon Jungkook, who is known for being heartless, is their math teacher and also Taehyung's husband.
