𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼 💔

We were talking for a good amount of time before my eyelids fell heavy and I just fell asleep...

I woke up and felt something heavy on my shoulder

I looked and Nina had her head in the crook of my neck and her hands were wrapped around my neck 

Her legs were sprawled across my lap and I holding her left thigh while my other hand was wrapped around her waist 

I was in a cold sweat 

I don't know what this feeling is I'm having when I'm around her, but I know its one I haven't felt in awhile

I wanted to stay in this position longer but I knew it wasn't right 

I didn't want to wake her she looked so beautiful while she slept 

I looked at the digital clock on the mantel that read 7:30

"Nina"

"Nina"

I woke up and realized what had happened and got up off the couch and pushed me away 

"Oh Chris you're still here" she said as she straightened her self up 

"I didn't mean to fall asleep I was just really tired" I said as I started collecting my stuff as quickly as I could so this awkward moment wouldn't last any longer.

"I got off the couch and quickly headed towards the door"

"Chris wait" she yelled 

I stopped and faced her 

"I really enjoyed our time together tonight," she said while she tucked a piece of her hair behind her hair and shyly smiled

"Yeah I did too I said" as I returned her smile

She went in for a hug 

I inhaled her perfume she smelled amazing 

We both pulled back and we looked into each other's eyes

I dragged my hands down to her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck like she did at the club 

We were both leaning in 

I don't know what I was doing but I kept leaning in our lips were inches apart

Until I snapped back into reality and realized what I was doing 

I stepped back and moved my hands off her waist

"I got to go," I said

She looked disappointed, but she nodded and opened the door

I walked out and looked back at her I was gonna say something , but she closed the door before I could even open my mouth 

I sighed and walked to my car and put my home address in the GPS

Pulled out of her driveway and drove home...
