..."We're having a girl," Chris asked

Yes Chris we are having a baby girl I told her with a smile

Is there something wrong with that I asked her

"No not at all I always wanted a daughter," she said smiling

"This is amazing Nina I can't believe we're gonna have a girl," she said smiling as she jumped up and down and making me laugh at her

She started kissing me all over my face "I love you, I love you, I love you" she said

I pushed her back a little bit

Do you mean it for real this time

" Yes why would you think otherwise girl" Chris looked at me sideways

I sat back down on the couch 

She followed me onto the couch 

"What you talking about," Chris asked

She sat down on the couch next to me and motioned me to come lay next to her 

I laid my head against her chest and began to talk

Chris, I like you a lot and I want to be with you I said as I traced the tattoos on her skin with my fingers

She was silent for a second before she spoke

"I want to be with you too," she said

Then why have you been so hesitant to say so I asked sitting up

"It's just been a long time since I've been in a relationship and my last one wasn't the best and I," she said 

Chris started to cry 

Oh Chris I said as I wiped her tears

I pulled her into my arms as more tears fell and she was sobbing trying to explain why she was so afraid to admit that she loved me when she said she did for the first time

She held onto me and pulled me back into her chest

We sat there for a while and she finally calmed down and ended up falling asleep with her hands wrapped around my waist

I tried to make little movement trying not to wake her up as I grabbed the blanket close to us and pulled it over me 

I kissed her on the cheek and leaned into her chest 

It felt good to be in her arms again

I closed my eyes and fell asleep...
