Chapter 11

'What? Who is that?' Zero asked. The long dragon looked back at Strider.

'T-the Banished Alpha...' she stared at the alpha not replying to Zero. 'You were banished after you outlashed when you lost to the former Alpha, you almost killed our Alpha when he was a hatchling and now you're here...I didn't think that...that, you would be here...'

The Alpha smirked. 'I'm happy the pack has kept my story well, but, that's not what we need to talk about...'

The Alpha took a step forward. SpeedStingers started to appear next to the alpha' You see I'm impressed you manage to stay alive this far, my pack has been taking as much food as possible.'

'So... You want to take us in your pack because we're strong...?' She asked in a questioning tone.

'Oh no, You took in Misfits... I wouldn't even take you in for betraying your pack for a couple of Misfits! In fact, this congratulation was just to ease your... Death... Oh and, Pack, apprehend the AmberMeldody, we don't want him to get in the way...'

Hearing that, the AmberMelody lifted high in the air. The other SpeedStinger started to approach her Stingers high in the air, smirks on their faces. Suddenly multiple disappeared in a flash of pink. Looking to the side, Strider saw a much of the SpeedStingers stuck to multiple surfaces or just stuck to the floor with pink, amber.

Aren't AmberMelody Amber, well, regular Amber-color...?

The Alpha growled at Zero, his eyes darted to the Misfits. Before the Alpha took two steps, there was a flash of red and they were gone. Crimson stood at the other end, panting. White'Scales was on his tail, Stinger was on his head and Tree picked up by his jaw. And before the alpha could sting him, Zero had already picked him up with his tail.

The Alpha snorted, almost stinging Zero's tail, but she knocked the Alpha down. The Alpha while falling instinctively stung her tail, but at the same time she stung his front half. It hurt, a lot, but it disappeared quickly. As her tail was getting numb, she felt a tail wrapping her side. Soon she was lifted up in the air, higher and higher. She looked up to see a dark white belly and giant wings lifting in the air.

'Sorry for being late...Had to wait for them to climb up.' Zero look down to her.

It was amazing to see everything from up here. Dragons that fly are so lucky...

Zero spat out a glob of amber at the alpha, aiming at the stinger, but she could not see properly from up here.

'There... I'm going to take you somewhere safe but, there will be human-'

' What?! No place with humans, are safe?! ' She heard a snappy voice, it was Crimson.

'As I was saying before I got rudely interrupted! The humans are kind, they help dragons... Dragon hunters are the ones who hurt you. ' Zero snapped back

'...How would you know that?! '

' Considering that's where I live, plus, I've3 seen the Dragon hunters who took my Foste- Mom... They helped my brother while he was hurt, so I'd think they're good.' He said casually.

Now he's got me interested, how does he know about foster parents if he's not from earth?

His tail lifted up higher to straight Zero. Now Strider could see the Misfits hanging on tightly. Crimson was quiet- She too was not sure, but, if Zero could trust them, she can too, I think...

As they flew over the water, Strider could see a speck that soon enlarged to a islands with buildings on top. She felt herself get higher as Zero's tail lifted up to land on one the edges. Gingerly, Zero placed her down on the ground, though her tail was not moving, she could feel things from it. He slowly shifted into a loaf position so the others can get off, with help from Zero, of course.

'Okay, I do not need you stinging anyone here? Alright? Only self-defense... And if you see a little human, please don't scare, or hurt her...'

'Why? Is she special or something.' Crimson snarked, still grumpy from last time.

' Yeah, She's my hatchling...' he snorted, getting up.

A dragon, An AmberMelody. Zero is strange...

Zero swished his tail, starting towards the buildings. Some of the hatchlings were by Crimson's side, except White'Scales, who was walking next to Strider and looking in awe at Zero.

Zero's Pov

Zero checked back at White'Scales. She's Albino, like me, and smart too, probably... She was staring at him as they got closer to their destination. He felt a tight squeeze around his leg; he stopped immediately. Looking down, he saw a little kid hugging his leg; Hazel.

'Why were you gone for so long??? Are you okay? Who are those dragons...?'

'She's a idiot if she thinks she can speak dragon.' Crimson remarked.

'First of all, I'm okay Hazel...Second of all, do not remark my Hazel.' Zero snapped.

'Huh...? I mean, I'm glad that your okay, but what did he say?'

'Wait, she actually knows dragon? How come she doesn't understand me...?' Crimson came to the front and analyzed her.

'From what I remember from my mother... Dragons can understand all dragon speak, but they are not the same. So if Hazel was to know all of them, she'd have to be taught by every single one. But by that time, she'd be dead.'

'What?? What are you talking about!!' Hazel gasped.

'Well, I'm just explaining to Crimson, the red one, since they've never seen a dragon talking. Why you probably can't understand other dragons.'

'Ohhhh...That's sad, so I'll probably only be able to learn Deathsong?'

'Yeah, but maybe you can learn more. Plus, the hatchlings, if they stay long enough, you will be able to understand it, I think...'

'So, they're all basically my siblings?'

'Wait, Wait, Wait... I didn't say that, their just staying here under my watch...Oh Hiccup and the rest are not gonna like this...'

Alright so, this is also days after the last chapter and yeah, i couldn't resist adding Speedstingers...Yes, and I also added two reincarnated...Try to find the other one. Anyways, umm I need characters for, later chapters and I might even add them earlier. And um, try to make them young- I don't care if it's even a egg, you can also make it adolescents but only a few :)
