𝐀𝐋𝐘𝐒𝐒𝐀 walked to her mother, Ayanna's, car with tears welling up in her eyes as her mom got out, running and pulling her daughter into her embrace. She missed her daughter so much, but she couldn't fake like she wasn't proud of her.

"Oh, my baby. I'm so proud of you!" Ayanna cried, wiping Alyssa's tears, seeing she was crying as well.

"I missed you so much, ma." Alyssa sniffed, hugging her mother as tight as she could.

"I missed you, more Amira. You don't even know how happy I am for you." Ayanna whispered, fanning her eyes.

"I'm happy for me, too. I'm ready to see them, though." She got into the car, putting her bag in the back seat.

"I don't like how I ain't met this mystery girl yet. Do they know you're getting out today?" Ayanna glance at her as she began to drive, and Alyssa shook her head.

"I wanna surprise them. Hopefully they're at his house or something, cause his isn't that far from here. But can we get something to eat?" Alyssa requested, looking out the window.

"Of course, boo." Ayanna smiled, pulling into Alyssa's favorite place to eat, Chipotle.

After eating for about 20 minutes, they made their way to Ayanna's house, since Alyssa wanted to see her other family members as well.
