I walked into the office of basic black wearing a short skirt heels and a black top bra showing a little bit. "Hey cass." Brady said walking in. "Hey Brady." I said smiling at him. "You smell really good today." He said walking over to me. "Thank you. It's a new floral perfume." I said as he moved my hair back from my neck. "Brady." I said giggling. "You ever thought sex in an office." He asked. "It's been a fantasy of mine." I said. "Wanna make it happen?" He asked kissing my neck. "Now Brady we could get in trouble." I said. "I love trouble." He said as I laughed. "As much as I wanna get wild with you I have something to tell you." I said. "Ok what is it?" He asked. "Sloan came by to see me last night." I said. "What did she say to you?" Brady asked. "She said to me that the son she and Eric adopted isn't hers. It's Nicole and EJs." I said as he looked at me shocked. "Oh my god." He said looking at me shocked. "Did you tell Eric about this?" He asked. "I'm going to. I doubt he would want to hear this from me." I said sitting. "You need to tell him." Brady said as Eric walked in. "Tell me what?" He asked as we looked. "Eric." I said standing up. "Sloan came to see me last night." I said. "Listen before you say anything, I know she told you." He said. "She did?" I asked confused. "Yeah she told you about Jude being Nicole's?" He asked. "She did. Your brother convinced me to tell you." I said. "There's no need for that now." He said. "I'm sorry that happened to you Eric." I said. "It's ok. I'm glad the truth is out. I'm divorcing her." He said. "You gotta do what's best for you." Brady said. "Only thing is I haven't been able to find her. Do you know where she is?" Eric asked. "I don't I haven't seen her in a few days." I said. "Let me know if you do." Eric said. "I will." I said. Eric left as I looked at Brady. "I feel bad." I said sitting down. "Don't feel bad it's not like you did what Sloan did." He said. "Yeah but it's still awful." I said. "It's going to be ok." He said as I looked at him. "Now that's out of the way, you wanna go back to work?" He asked. "Work or flirting Brady?" I asked as he smiled. "Both." He said smiling. "We can have happy hour another time we got work sir." I said as we walked to our desks.
I walked into my apartment after a long day of keeping Brady off me when Alex calls me. "Hey Alex." I said. "No im at home." I said. "Dinner?" I asked confused. "Aren't you seeing Teresa?" I asked. "I mean I guess." I said. "Sure I'll meet you at the cafe." I said before hanging up. "I shouldn't be doing this but I don't care." I said getting my bag.
I met Alex at the cafe. "Hello Alex." I said. "You look pretty." He said. "Cut the crap. You want something from me." I said. "Maybe." He said flashing his million dollar smile that has made me weak in the knees many times over. "I want you to come back to work for me." He said. "Now why would I do something like that?" I asked sitting down. "You're a valued employee and you have skills to close deals." He said. "This wouldn't have anything to do with me getting close to Brady would it?" I asked. "Not at all." He said. "See I don't believe you, we have history Alex. Anytime I would think of getting near another man, your fragile little ego couldn't handle it. Besides we both know Teresa doesn't do it for you. Not like I can. Remember that wild weekend all up and down the coast of Italy? I had you seeing stars homie." I said smiling. "Cass I'm trying to get you to come back to work for me." He said. "Im good Alex." I said before standing up. "Have Teresa or Kristin work for you." I said before leaving. I knew the truth Alex is jealous of the fact Brady and I are having sex.
I walked back to my apartment and the first thing I did was plop on the couch sighing. I heard a knock. "Coming." I said opening it to see Brady. "Hey handsome." I said smiling. "Hey pretty lady." He said as I let him in. "Where have you been I've been texting you." He said. "I had dinner with Alex. He was trying to get me to go work for him." I said. "I take it you said no?" He asked worried. "Yup." I said as he smiled. "Thank god. I need you around cass." He said as I smiled. "Don't worry about me Brady." I said kissing his lips. "Your trouble." He said. "That's why you can't give me up." I said smiling. "Damn right." I said before kissing him as he pulls away. "I can't do this." He said. "What's wrong?" I asked confused. "I think you should know something." Brady said. "What's going on?" I asked as we sat down. "Cass I know our situation is different." He said. "Brady just tells me." I said. "I had sex with Teresa." He said as I looked at him. I sat there not surprised. "Look I'm sorry I didn't want to hurt your feelings." He said. "Look we just were having sex I'm glad you told me." I said. "Does this mean we are going to stop what we are doing?" He asked. "Well I do wanna continue having sex with you but if you're going to sleep with Teresa I don't wanna know about it out of respect for me." I said. "I will thank you." He said. "Now I'm going to bed we got a busy day tomorrow." I said as he stood up. "Can I get a good night kiss?" He asked as I smirked. "Come here." I said kissing his cheek. "That's all for now," I said as we smiled. "Alright I'll see you tomorrow." Brady said as he left.
The next morning
I bumped into Teresa alone. "Cassandra." She said calling my attention. "What do you want?" I asked rolling my eyes. "I wanted to talk to you." She said. "I don't really care what you have to say." I said. "You may actually." She said. "Speak." I said. "Alex and I broke up." She said. "Is it because you couldn't satisfy him sexually and that's why you had to sleep with Brady?" I asked smiling. "I fail to find the humor in this." She said. "It's actually very funny. You said you would never go back to Brady but you didn't hesitate to jump his bones at the first sight." I said. "Save me the speech. I told Brady the deal of our arrangement." I said. "You know if you think of crawling back to Alex I think Kristen is occupying his time." She said as I smiled. "He can have her. You're just mad he wants me more than he ever did with you." I said before leaving.
