"We need to find out where she is, De Luca, do you have anyone on your team that can track her?"

"Sure do let me get them started and I'll come back to you with any updates." He walked away and a sigh of relief came over me.

I'm not very technically inclined as I'm a bit on the older side. Basic things I can do just fine. Anything other than that and I'm completely lost. And I'd rather not get the police involved anymore than what they already are. I guess there isn't anything I personally can do but wait.

A few days pass with no new information on the whereabouts of Natasha. Christian is out cold still and I don't even know where to start looking. I have a few patrol squads out to check buildings.

I have one of the new guards by the door look for the maid to clean up the house, I also instructed and the rest of his team that's also waiting for information to clean. We may be in the Mafia but I don't belong in over working my staff.

**Ring Ring***

What's the fuck is that? I start to look around to see where the sound was coming from. Once I realize that it was my phone I felt a bit stupid for not knowing earlier but it's never made that sound. 'Swipe to answer' well alright. I put the phone to my ear.

"Hello?"

"Yes is this Mr. Enzo Lovius?"

"It is what can I do for you?"

"Your son is away if you'd like to come see him."

"Oh yes ma'am I'll be right over."

I get to the hospital a little while later. As I get to Christian's room I noticed a woman by his bedside. She didn't look at me or even acknowledge that I was there. I don't think she heard me come in to be fair.

"Now that she is gone we can be together. It will be like she never came into your life. I can come back and work for you again."

Christian just chalked his head slightly to tell her no and makes a series of in audible mumbles. I just stand in the door way in disbelief that's Kayla would show her face around here. A Doctor walked in and was listening in on the things she was telling him and his obvious reaction to her even being in the room.

"Mr. Lovius, I think visiting hours are over for non-immediate family. So I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask your guest to leave."

Christian gave the doctor a small smile. Kayla got up and turned around. Her eyes meeting the floor just before she looked up and saw me. She jumped at my sight.

"You ever come near my son again and it will be the last thing you do. Are we clear?"

"Y...yes." She choked out leaving the room. Her eyes were back to the floor.

I sat down in the chair that she had been sitting in. "Thank you doctor had I said something it might have turned ugly, and we've had enough ugly for a while."

"It was no problem really. But he is doing okay, but his jaw is wired shut. He broke it in several places on impact so he can't speak all that well. If you ask him any questions try to make the yes or no questions please. His vital signs are back to normal, and in the MRI today he showed no signs of permanent damage to his brain. He's going to be bruised up for a while but we will keep him here until he gets better."

"Thank you doctor I'll let his mother know when she gets here."

She walked out and it wasn't 2 minutes later my beautiful wife walked in. We sat and all chatted about what's going on in the outside world, we haven't told Christian about Natasha's disappearance, we are worried it would cause issues in the recovery process. Once he is better and can go to the bathroom on his own again we will tell him. It's just not the right time.
