As the movie went on, I slowly felt how tired I really was. Snuggling more into Pedro's embrace and warmth, I slowly drifted off to sleep, only hearing a soft whisper: 'Dormir bien, mi querida,' before I fell asleep. When I woke up in the morning, Pedri was still next to me. His head was buried in my neck, his breath tickling my skin, making me smile to myself. I turned my head slightly so I could look at him without waking him up. His hair was a bit messy, but he looked so handsome. The way his lips were formed, the way his lashes fell, his nose which others might call too big, but I thought it was perfect. I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even notice when he woke up, until he smirked and spoke with his morning voice—which was unbelievably hot. "You're staring at me, Fifi." I blushed and quickly looked away, stuttering, "I...I, uh, no...I was thinking about Gav..." And with that, I ruined the mood, because Pedri turned serious again, sitting up slowly. "Do you think we can go see him? Or is it... too dangerous?" I had to think for a few seconds. I didn't know how Pablo would react to seeing the others. He still wasn't able to control his desire for blood, and it would be risky to let him get too close to humans. But I also knew that he needed it. He needed Pedri to show him that he's still our Pablito, that not only I, but the others, care about him and don't judge him. I nodded slowly. "Let's go check on him. But only you and me. More people would be too much right now."
