𝟚𝟛 || 𝐈 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝

He lay on his bed, thinking of this morning at school where Jeongin was there besides him and made him feel at ease.

He doesn't usually get into his dark side since he enjoys his time with the band and distracts himself with dating someone for a short period of time.

But now, Jisung is getting more distant with him and Changbin doesn't want to be stuck between the two in an awkward situation so he's avoiding coming to the club by hanging out with Felix.

Chan had to do something before they disbanded because he feels like he isn't as close as he was before with them.

He needs to act... Fast.

He then heard a knock in his room door and found his sister laying on her side to the solid wood with crossing arms.

He hopes she's not here to lecture him again.

“you've got a guest”

Chan knitted his eyebrows together and sat up to look at her with confusion, he doesn't know who would be visiting him right now.

Surely not the band since they've been distant so he wonders who the guest is.

His eyes softened when another head popped out from the door frame.

It was Jeongin.

Chan:"Babydoll!!"

He called with a smile on his face happy to see the younger at his house and he just remembered that him and Jeongin always have guitar tutoring lessons after school.

Jeongin:“can I come in?”

He was still hiding behind the door, but when Chan nodded at him, he showed himself fully and started walking inside the room and at the moment the sister said “I'll leave you two” and closed the door.

Chan watched how the younger boy took a seat beside him and couldn't stop staring at him with heart eyes, while Jeongin returned the stare with a shy smile and averted his whenever he felt captivated by his hyung's arms.

Chan:“you bought a guitar with you this time”

Jeongin smiled widely and nodded quickly bringing his guitar out ready to share the story behind it to his lovable crush.

Jeongin:“me and my parents had to go for a family reunion at my grandparents house and I found out that my uncle used to be in a band when he was young so he gives me his guitar when he knows about my dream of becoming a musician”

Chan chuckled thanking his family for being so supportive of him and then when Jeongin fixed everything in his guitar which caused Chan to be impressed since he was the one to teach him how to set up his guitar before playing.

Chan:“your fingers should be fixed at a lower level and your elbows should be on top of it instead of behind it”

Jeongin nodded, taking his hyung's notes into consideration and fixed the little mistakes he was doing and then started playing with hitting his hands against the strings.

This time, it wasn't like any other previous attempts, Jeongin was actually playing for so long and a beautiful song which wasn't familiar to Chan but he enjoyed listening to the new tune.

When the younger's performance came to an end, he put down the guitar and turned with a smile towards him.

Jeongin:“how was that?”

His eyes beamed of happiness ready for Chan's review on the song he just performed and was pleased when he saw the older nodding and patting his head.

Chan:“it was amazing...from which song was your reference to play this?”

He really liked how the song was in the middle and he couldn't but think of his new song he wrote since the main hook of the guitar play kind of reminds him of his lyrics he wrote.

Jeongin:“it wasn't a reference, channie-hyung...i made this song”

It was a short play and Chan was impressed and shocked by the younger's ability to make a beautiful song after learning the guitar for less than 4 months.

How did he get time to arrange that without a guitar, was the younger secretly going to the club room and work on it away from their eyes.

Chan:“how did you do that? It turned out amazing and I have something good for it”

He sat up going to his desk, opening a drawer just to bring out papers that hold the lyrics he wrote 2 days ago and then return to his bed and give it to the younger who reads it after.

Jeongin:“what's that?”

He asked not to know why his hyung gave him a rough lyrics written with pencil on the paper.

Chan:“it's a new song I'm working on but still didn't have the chance to show it to the band yet and your song fit so well with the main part here”

He pointed out to the paragraph that holds the words he was implying and Jeongin blushed knowing that Chan was considering taking his song he recently made into a live show.

Jeongin:“you want to add my song into the principal part”

Chan:“yeah, the left would be handled by me while I'll give the lyrics to Jisung so he would be able to split the parts to each one of us and Changbin would be responsible for making the drums beats”

He explained since every member has a role where Chan handled leading them with the guitar while Jisung showed the voice chords they should be using while Changbin only made a different drum play to complete the guitar and singing.

Jeongin saw how excited his hyung talking about the song and how his band mates had the charms of each corner of this trio.

And he loved it when he witnessed himself smiling like this.

Jeongin:“then let us meet up with them tomorrow during lunch break and announce it to them”
