" hell-" before I could complete my sentence avni cutted me off asking me in a deep tone " where. The. Hell. Are. You" she is scary when she is mad god one can cry if they have a soft heart. I looked at my watch which had blood all over it I tsked at the sight.
It was past midnight oh ow we took long I am guessing. " I will be there in 15 mins." I answered and she hung up. Well did I mess up everything ?
I looked back at my boys who were smirking at me. Oh how much I want to wipe these smirks off but if I do it then avni will wipe me off from earth.
"Aaja chal tera bhai madad krega teri " atharva said handing me some wipes. "Tu khud pitne vala hai ghar to chal". I answered scoffing at him and left from there looking at the mirror for one last time to check if I have anything on me.
We all went away with our own cars and ranbeer instructed his mens to clean it all. And something else too...
In correct 15 mins we reached the mansion. And she was on the rooftop making holes in my head with her laser light eyes. We are doomed today. The door was open we pushed it open carefully and we both tiptoed to our room. Yeah this dumbshit and me are staying in one room.
After a quick shower I strode toward the rooftop skipping stairs too. I slided the door and there she was standing her hands crossed on her chest and one brow raised.
"We were lost in talking about business stuff that's why we lost the track of time I swear" I said going toward her explaining myself with my heart in my hands no no basically making up stories to save my ass.
She stpped me with her palms and just stood there watching me. She under the moonlight with her face having a different shine and her silky hairs flowing softly she looked just like an angle fallen from heaven but when we look into her eyes which are filled with anger I am guessing is looking colder than ice and pure 360 view of hell.
Just then a panting atharva entered and blabbered something and that's when I knew no one can save us now and what he said was..
"We were watching a movie in rajbeer's house and and yeah we ate and drank and slept for a while that's why we lost the track of time"
Avni looked between me and him making an oh face she came closer to us and said " I thought you guys were talking about business only..no?" She said giving me a tight lipped smile. Atharva looked at me with horror I cursed him under my breath and tried coming up with an excuse. Keyword- tried
She scoffed and said " don't u both dare to come around me at all" and left.Atharva ran after her before I could break his bone. I sighed messing my hairs god I can't do this I can't stop talking to her. I am addicted to her voice as much I am addicted to her she is like a drug to me which ruins me but brings me back to life again.
I pressured my brain to think of some plans to make up with her but...the thing was I came late is this the only reason or something else...I need to ask her this too aghhh.
Sighning again I locked the door and went downstairs and slipped into my room. Atharva was sitting there on the bed and the quilt was wrapped around him. " this can't save you boy.."I said moving toward him slowly..
"Look bro you should have waited for me or discussed this fucked up excuse beforehand " he said in his defence.
Before I could lounge on him avni called on his phone and yelled " hurt bhai and u r dead!!"
I pinched the bridge of my nose..this girlll will be death of me one day but as long aa she dosent get to know about anything she will be fine.
The men which were killed today were tortured for whole 6 months. Whenever I was frustrated I went to them and did some workout.
"I found it suspicious " atharva spoke all of a sudden. I frowned at him. "What?" I asked confused.
"The shootout..he didn't have to shoot him he said he was about to stab u and yeah there was a knife but this isn't possible that we haven't checked the place and their bodies before bringing him there and the knife was kind of new...no way he found it while getting tortured today ryt.? " he completed.
"I know I know that's why there is a security check going on in the company. Don't worry I will find it out."
I said slipping into the bed and taking out my laptop and typing in something.
Atharva went to the balcony to talk to someone too.
We have to find out about the attacker soon and I have a perfect plan for it. The access for the parking lot isn't easy in my company every worker has a chip inside them which recognize the worker and a security alert system for unknown cars too..if someone was able to break it then I have a snake in my own house this one is a special one which was made by ranbeer and was named as volvox a kind of algae which can hide easily.
Only our close one knows about this. I have a perfect plan for it.
Atharva came back after a while and I discussed the plan with him. I trust him he won't stab me in my back ever. Not for fame not for money not for power.
His father is a rich ass to and he is the only heir but he choose to work with me because he wanted to get known for his quality . He nodded and dialed another numbers to do the arrangement.
