It's been two days since Kessoku Band's first outdoor meeting, A.K.A the Hunt for ProPhos. Here I am, sitting in Starry just doing nothing but having a small fever.
"Hiroko-kun, are you okay?" Kita asks me.
My head was on the table while my arms were dangling.
"I-I'm fine... Don't worry about me..." I said quietly.
I was about to sneeze, but I shut my mouth and squeezed my nose hard to prevent anything from coming out.
"Let's talk about something else, yeah?"
"Oh, sure thing." Kita replies to me.
"So... How have things been with Ryo?" I ask Kita.
"Ah... Well, I don't know if Ryo-senpai likes me back, and I don't really like to think about that... We have only been having friendly conversations through our phones, but I'm afraid that our relationship might be one-sided..." Kita tells me, looking both worried and sad.
"Well, Y'know what I think?" I say to Kita with a smile.
"Hm? What is it?"
"I think... In order to get Ryo to like you back, you should spend more time with her and tell her more about yourself. Little by little, Ryo will eventually fall for you. And here's a bonus; you're so pretty that almost anyone could fall for you. But make sure not to go all out at once. Just take it slow."
"Oh... I see, now." Kita says as she starts to smile again.
"Thank you, Hiroko-kun. Your advice is really helpful." She said to me.
"Yeah. Anytime." I reply to Kita.
Suddenly, I hear the manager's voice behind me.
"Excuse me, girls. It's your long-waited payday." She says to all of us.
I turn around to look at her, and I notice five sheets of paper for all of us.
