Second Star to the Right, and Down Beneath the Tide
Second star to the right, and straight on till morning—
That was where sailors believed wonder lived.
Ursula knew better.
Wonder lived below.

"So, this! .. this is the plan?" Hook suddenly says, playfully rolling his eyes while Ursula turns the wheel.

Their meeting was not fate.
It was collision.
A storm tore the sky open one night, lightning splitting the heavens as a ship veered wildly off course.

Rowing straight to the Mediterranean Sea, where they see foggy clouds that was filled with light rain earlier, looks so breathtaking.

Ursula row the boat, leading both her and Hook straight to the Mediterranean Sea, where the foggy clouds that were filled with light rain earlier, looks so breathtaking. "Marvelous, right? It's beautiful!" He gasps, seeing the birds and some butterflies flying as the sunrise rises like if it was some painting being made. 'WOW!' Hook comments, completely amazed by the surroundings of this Mediterranean Sea.

"Wow is right. It's beautiful and someday I am going to take over as co-leader and ma--!" Ursula rant before getting interrupted by constant laughing. 'hehe, ha-ha!!!'

"And what? Think the people of Atlantic City would let you--"

"'let'? Haha! .." Ursula mock, laughing as I sweetly grabbed Hook's cheeks. "Oh hook, you charming mischievous devil!" She teased, sweetly pinching the side of his face like he is some doll.

*flashback*
Ursula returned to Atlantica each time with her longing sharpened. "Curiosity leads upward," he said once. his voice echoing through coral halls. "But without the right tools, you'd be

"Ready or not, here I come!"

She stood in council halls and heard Poseidon speak of balance, yet I felt that my plan is far more grounded. Ursula bowed her head, but she never stopped looking.

We got the spirit
You got to hear it
Under the sea
*Flashback end*

2 hour later...

Ursula intended to deliver.
The music faltered.
The currents slowed.

A hush rippled through the crowd as the water thickened, darkened—inky shadows curling along the marble floor like living smoke.

Then she rose...

"Such wonderful things surround you..." Murmurs swept the hall as she walked towards Poseidon and Triton, and she did it with a wide smile too.

Poseidon's gaze hardened. "Ursula."

She dipped her head—not in reverence, but mockery. "Your Majesty. How generous of you to open the palace doors. I almost forgot what it felt like... to be invited."

Triton stiffened.

(Ursula pov)
"And here I am."

"Maybe we give this place a swirl!" I said, using the triton to turn the floor into a large puddle of water. Ahh! Isn't this a surprising turn?! ... I want more of this, I wanna see, wanna see 'em

Poseidon rose, the sea responding to his anger with a low, thunderous roll. "Enough. This palace is not a stage for your bitterness."

"Tonight! We!" I loudly announced, immediately snatching away his prize possession from his hand- triton! Quickly lost my train of thought as I slowly turned towards the merpeople.

Addressing the merpeople. "Tell me, my dears—do you ever look at the surface and wonder?" I rhetorically asked, softening my voice while my eyes were filled with wants. "All those lives untouched by decree. Don't you ever want to be part of that world?" I continued, voice softened, dangerous in its sweetness.

"Up where they stay all day in the sun..Wanderin' free, wish I could be part of that. But clearly, I didn't make the cut!" I exclaimed dramatically.

A cecaelian, yes, but also a scholar of the tides, raised among coral libraries and sunken relics where magic was not feared, only studied. Where Triton learned command through intuition and strength, while I learned it through demonstration.

Poseidon saw this and admired it... until it became dangerous.

"You were given a place," Poseidon snapped. "And you defied it."

"I questioned it," I shot back. "And for that, you crowned him instead."  I accused, pointing at Triton's trident, but his chest.

Triton's jaw tightened. "I did not steal your destiny."

"No," Ursula said coldly. "You inherited it."

Hook's lips curved into a slow, intrigued smile. Poseidon descended from his throne, the waters pressing inward as he approached her. "You speak of dreams, Ursula, but you confuse desire with entitlement."

I leaned forward, towering. "And you confuse order with justice." The currents swirled violently now. Poseidon's voice dropped, deadly calm.

"You were warned."

Ursula straightened, her smile returning—sharp as a blade. "Then consider this my reply." (Ursula realized something Triton never had to learn: If the world would not give you control,
you take it.)

With a flick of her wrist, the lights flared, shadows dancing wildly along the walls. The crowd cried out, forced to their knees by the sudden pressure of her magic.

Triton stepped forward instinctively. "Stop this!" Ursula met his eyes. For a moment—just one—something like sorrow flickered there.

Poseidon raised his staff, the sea itself bending to his will. "This ends now." The water surged, slamming into Ursula with divine force. Her magic shattered like glass, the palace groaning under the strain. As guards closed in, Ursula laughed—a rich, echoing sound as my eyes locked with Triton's. Hook reluctantly rushed over and helped me up and follow me out of the palace.

*Later at night*
"Suppose you're right, but how about we get some shut eyes, you know, second star to the right and straight on till morning?.." Hook suggested.

"HEY!! ...hey, 'The night is young', hook" I teased, but was also being firm with what I said.

Wanting more does not make one wicked.
But being denied it long enough can.
