I put my notepad down and slide it under my pillow, reaching for my phone. I open my messages, smiling when I see Rebecca's contact.

Rebecca: Hey girl- yyy mall date with me and my friend?

Me: Sure when?

Rebecca: Today

Me: Oh alright...like, soon?

Rebecca:In like 30 minutes. I can pick you up.

Me: K i'll send you my address.

Rebecca: I already know it silly

Should I be creeped out? I laugh it off, shaking my head.

Me: K

I get out of my bed and slip on an outfit before I can stop myself. I need to get out more. I apply lip gloss to my lips, slipping on my favorite chanel bag before heading downstairs. I don't spare dad a second look as I walk past and near the front door. We aren't on speaking terms yet.

"Where are you going?" he asks behind me.

"Out" I answer coldly. I didn't mean to answer so coldly but I don't take it back as I wait by the door. Once I see Rebecca approaching I close the door behind me smiling.

A tall blonde girl stands next to her, about an inch taller then me. She's beautiful, curves that are amazing showcasing off her outfit. I smile, arching my brow.

"I'm Lucia" I smile. She gives me a small smile back, nodding. "Leslie" she says. I nod, and we quietly make our way to Rebecca's car. Once we're in she plays music and they sing as I hum along in the back seat.

--

When we get to the mall it's crowded, so I keep myself pressed against Rebecca and Leslie. "Alright makeovers first?" Rebecca asks. Leslie nod clapping her hands.  I nod, following behind them into the salon.

The lady at the counter checks us in, sitting us all in chairs next to each other. I sit in between Leslie and Rebecca laughing at the jokes they make about dumb things.

"So what's it like being a D'amore?" Leslie asks. My mind could be imagining it but I swear her tone isn't friendly for a second. Is she jealous or something? I shrug it off and clear my throat."It's normal, just like your family" I laugh nervously.

Rebecca arches a brow and Leslie says what i'm pretty sure her face expresses. "I doubt that but it must be fun" she chuckles. I shrug, letting the lady behind me brush my hair. They put us in front of a machine to wash our hair and we lean back.

"So are we going to talk about that kiss you had with.." Rebecca wiggles her eyebrows and the lady rinsing my hair smirks a knowing look on her face. "Teens" she murmurs.

I blush, glancing over to Leslie. She arches her brow, smirking. "OOoo what drama happened?" she asks. Rebecca shrugs, but I can tell she's about to give Leslie a whole dialogue.

"Nothing much except the fact that- this girl had the most sexual tension I have seen with.." she clears her throat dramatically and I cover my face.

"THE-Marco viviano"

Leslie's expression shocks me. It isn't shock but anger and her features pale. "What the hell?" she murmurs. I blush. "It's not sexual tension " I scowl at Rebecca ignoring Leslie's pained expression.

"He's my ex" she says loudly. I snap my head in her direction making the lady frown as she aggressively turns my head back.

"what?" I snap. "Yes. He and I are in a situation he didn't tell you?" my blood boils at the thought of any girl touching Marco. Scracth that, even thinking of him. Touching him, calling him theirs when I can't even call him mine yet.

He isn't even mine yet.

I frowned at the thought. Leslie no longer sounds sweet, and I try not to slap her. "Oh"I mumble. She smirks. "I'm surprised he didn't tell yo-"
"Okay, okay we get it" Rebecca says. I give her a grateful look, after all her words were my thoughts.

Soon we finish our hair, thanking the woman at the counter. "Is there anything going on between you and him?" Leslie asks randomly as we walk to the makeup store. My cheeks heat up. "It's - um..complicated" I mumble. Rebecca distracts her talking about some weird crap as we get our facials done.

When we finish they drop me off at home with a wave from Rebecca, a suspicious look from Leslie. I decide I officially don't like her as I make my way into my house. It's a penthouse.

My inner voice wants to annoy me but I shut it off. "Well I call it a house" I say out loud.

As soon as the door opens I smell mom's shampoo, and the sound of music is heard from the living room. I quietly shut the door behind me and make my way into the hall, peeking into the living room.

I almost giggle when I see mom and dad dancing, his hands on her waist as she laughs loudly. They sing along to some song blasting on our Alexa. He spins her around, and I swear i've never seen mom happier. Her eyes sparkle and they kiss, making me almost grimace.

It's adorable. My mind drifts to Marco as I watch them. Why didn't he tell me his ex was in our school? Why didn't he tell me he had one in the first place?

Stop.Stop being so possessive. You're not together, it's not like he has to tell you everything Luciana.

"Alexa stop" my dad's voice interrupts my thoughts and I blush as he stares at me. There's a smile on his lips and mom grins. "Sorry-how was your evening?"

"Good" I crinkle my nose, making dad give me a suspicious look. "I'll leave you too-kissing" I shrug smirking. Mom laughs, and as I run back upstairs I hear dad commanding Alexa to continue. "Oh lord" i murmur to myself as I change into a comfy pair of clothes.

It's past dinner time, almost 7

It's past dinner time, almost 7.

I stare at my reflection in the mirror smiling. My newly dyed blonde hair stands out and my lips look fuller...? I smile posing quickly before jumping into bed and under the covers.

Tomorrow will be a long day. Ugh.
