"Areee...! Look at the Paayesh (sweet dish/kheer)" She said and ran towards the stove to turn it off. She bit her lower lip in almost seducing way.

I turned it off before her. "Look at tap, Coral" I laughed and signaled her to close the tap.

She stood there watching me. "What did you just said" she asked with an amusement in her eyes.

"Tap" I signaled her again, but again I closed it before her. I stood there with arms folded at my chest.

"No..At last" she said while stirring the dish she was making. I loved how loose curls infront of her face swayed when she moved.

"Your name, I guess" I said in confusion. What does she means..Ohh I said her name aloud for the first time. Well, not for the first time but in a casual manner yes.

It slipped out of my tongue like it was meant to be there. It felt so natural.

"Say it more often" she smiled and wiped the sweat of her forehead with back of her hand.

Did she just told me she likes me call her by her name. I mentally chuckled but kept my face straight. Personally I loved calling her princess I don't know why but it felt so good, like she is a actual princess. One way or another her family treats her like princess only.

Talking of her family, I never really heard mention of her mother until today when one maid said that. I tried to dug into the last history of this family but didn't got any information of her mother. Like it's strange there's not even mention of her mother in any source in internet.

"As you say Princess" I told her and a grin touched my lips. I slowly approached her taking the spatula from her hand, our fingers slightly brushing.

After an hour we came out of kitchen and servants started to clean the kitchen. She untucked the end of saari from her waist and sat on swing resting her head at back and closed her eyes. She looked tired, she started to massage her forehead.

"Aren't we going to eat?" I asked and stood in front of her.

"Umm..yeah let papa come first" she said while still massaging her forehead. I wished I could do that for her but that would be crossing of my limits. Rajveer sir had a meeting today so, he would be late I guess.

Didn't you already crossed the line when you fell in love with your client?

A voice in my brain mocked me.

"I think you should eat first you look so tired" I emphasised on first 'you' more. I don't give two shits about the meeting, I want her to better.

"No, we'll eat together only or we'll not have anything at all" she said and stood up to walked towards the dinning table. "It's a family ritual that we eat together on this day.." she murmured.

"Wait, what do you need? Tell me" I stopped her and pulled out a chair for her to sit.

"Water" she said and sat on the chair.
I poured water in glass and gave it to her.

"She's only 22, she must have got tired" I heard a maid saying this. She rest her head at elbow on table. It's been an hour.

"Coral.. enough come eat now" I almost ordered her. Her gaze shifted to mine from the door. Her face almost drooping with exhaustion.

"You can have your breakfast Mr. Singhania" she told to me. And went to the garden.

Not until you are eating.

Just then she came inside running and called out the servants. "Princess, careful" I reached my hand out of her just in case she falls.

She smiled and started to serve the food. It was 12 in noon by now. Her face lit up as she placed the plates and silverware on the table carefully.

Her father Mr.Rajveer Upadhyay, who is well known Speaker of Lok Sabha in India entered the hall along with his son Daksh Upadhyay.

I greeted them politely and went upto Coral while her father and brother went to the worship place.

"Keep the spatula down right now, I'm not going to let you work now." I stared at her and signaled a servant to serve the food.

She dramatically sighed and sat down on chair. After an hour later everyone got up from the dinning table.
In last the hour, I actually got to know what an actual family is. Growing up as child I only had my father and memories of my mom so, I never knew what a complete family looks like.

Coral laughed out holding her stomach I admired every her every second. Even her father and brother made me feel like actual family. There was not a single second when I felt left out.

Rajveer and Daksh left after having brunch with us.

"Ahh.." I heard Coral scream from the kitchen. I ran towards the kitchen. And what I saw next was giving a heart attack.

Blood dripping off the kitchen island and her hand. "God, Coral...!!" I almost screamed out in fear. She groaned in pain holding her hand.

"How the fuck happened this?" I held her hand. "Where are the servants?" the servants came inside as I yelled out.

"I.. I.. tried to cut this guava" she looked at me with puppy eyes.
"With a dagger!?" I said aloud in shock.

"I was craving for it" she looked at me with doe eyes. I couldn't even scold her like the way she was looking at me.

"Fuck..." I muttered under my breath as I saw blood dripping off her hand. I held out my handkerchief and wrapped it around her hand.

"Go, sit on the swing. I'll bring the first aid box." I said to her. She picked up the half sliced guava and took a bite.

"Seriously" I called at her, her getting hurt wasn't a joke to me and little missy is so casual about it.

" Didn't I told you I was craving for it" she grinned went out. I went over to kitchen lower cabinet to find a first aid box. I got it and jogged towards the swing in backyard in hurry.

This girl will be death of me.
