Chapter 6: Autumn Crush (Part 1)

hey guys, it's Cosvin- I finished this up quickly, and also happy late Thanksgiving, the next chapter will include it somehow... and- uh warning for this chapter, there is Non-con sex at the end, within the Billy Hargrove flashback- so be careful on that if you don't want to see it-- also be aware a bit there's some angst about Eddie with his mother, i might spoil but Cos/Glow is helping Eddie with the ofrenda for his mom. so there's mentions of death just in case for warning. Eventually it's a bittersweet story on that one-

Gloria and her brothers walked in their steps, coming back home after Halloween's night, they bid each others goodnight before they went to their beds, and Gloria, hopefully went upstairs not to be caught by her mom once she went to her room.. Then she was going to close her eyes, but then she saw a figure staring at her.. That seemed like hours, she couldn't move, she couldn't move a single inch, even if she tried-- not this again. Is it an another trick to keep her lose her sanity? She was worn out, panting but she tried to get away, but there was nothing more yet a stuck out scare that made her have goosebumps.. Then she woke up from one of her brothers.

"Gloria? Uhm.. Can I go sleep with you? I got a nightmare.. I'm... embarassed to say this but can I go sleep with you?" Said Marvin. Gloria was panting soon enough from her nightmare.

"Yeah uh... Me too.. I'm.. I just got a nightmare too.." She smiled.

"Come. You can sleep with me" she said as she unfolded her blanket.

"We can.. Get company together" she sighed.

-Chapter 6: Autumn Crush

After the beginning of November, Glorias been busy than usual on her work days. Though it was breathtaking as she finished her homework, had more time after fridays to sunday hanging out with her friends, even spending time with Becky.. She's been more sane after she's been in company with others. In the other side of things, shes been looking to Eddie more for some reason.. Like she was staring a little over his looks, his charm.. But she didn't want it to be obvious, knowing that she was worried to get close with a guy like him again.. She wasn't ready for love, even after what she had on her love life-

Eddie, in the other hand, had been asking her for other things.. She didn't think he was that close to her.

"Uh.. Hey- Can I.. Do you got the homework?" He asked, pulling out his paper. It came from his battle jacked as it was a little crumbled.

"Yeah I do- you can copy it-" She said as she pulled her paper from her trapper keeper.

"Cool beans" he said as he went to copy the paperwork.

It's been like that for the two, helping each other copy their homework after a few times on Hawkins high.. Cosvin helps him over on what she knows through her classes, and he helps her out by what he knows through his classes.. And after school? During her work hours, she's been thinking a lot about Eddie, intrigued to talk to him, or even get to know him- but she tries to get him off of his mind.. 'Focus Gloria.. Focus' her mind says as she works on the drinks for other people..
The other day, she did stared at Eddie and his band when they got to play two songs..

She then came back home later, soon enough to be caught by her mom.

"Humph. Why did you come here much later huh?" She asked. "I was worried that you were going out in this time.." She said as she went to clean the dishes.

"I.. I just got a new job on a restaurant, ma-" I said as I left my things.

"Huh.. That's good to hear, but.. Be careful around if you get out this late okay?" She asked as she then greeted her with a kiss. "You want some pan te muerto? we got about.. Two of these now" she said, chucking softly.
