Chapter 8: Caught in the Middle

//Hey guys!! it's Cosvin again I've caught up with the chapters that... I'm not sure they were short, or long, but thus far, I have reached up!! Next chapter will come this Christmas and I am SO excited for it! I am suprised that I've reached a lot so far... but I wanted to thank the Flight of Icarus book for making me get motivated to write this fic... anyways- enjoy the chapter bc I got a doctor's appointment today-! I may warn, spoilers of season 3 is out there in this chapter- Happy reading!

Gloria was walking over the woods just for a walk at night, she was getting to go home by no transportation, so she was walking. Soon she saw the private building that she often sees a lot before she saw something new... A car getting to park in. She noticed it was actually Billy, knowing she was a bit afraid that he might be the usual self that she often knows but... she soon saw how different he acted, so she hid over the bushes...

She watched him open the car trunk and saw something over her eyes that she couldn't believe.. He was carrying a tied, woman, the same woman she saw in the pool who was his 'so-called-life guard' coworker, named Heather.

'What is he doing with her...?' Gloria thought.

She watched him carrying her inside the abandoned building as then Gloria followed, looking through the window... Gloria tried to see where exactly he was taking her to... but all she could hear is footsteps, slow, unusual footsteps.
a few minutes later she heard the whimpers as Gloria shakily covered her mouth.

"Is.. is he fucking going to murder her..?" Gloria shakily whispered much as she can so they wouldn't hear her.

She soon heard a thump that it might be Billy pinning Heather, causing Heather to go silent.

"Don't be afraid, it'll be over soon... Just stay very still"

Gloria almost didn't heard the exact words, but she realized what Billy said over that mumbling... Gloria soon heard low growling that might be a dog, or a engine. She wasn't sure what it is, but she soon heard a loud scream.

Gloria started to run, She was going to run over the woods, but the best she felt safe was hiding over the bushes, feeling it may be best that she wouldn't be seen from the distance. She was already crying in fear as she heard soon the faded screaming inside the abandoned building.

"What the LIVING hell was that... T-Thats not what Billy would do.." Gloria muttered, tearing up as she was hiding. After a while she heard the footsteps before she heard Billy's voice.

"Come out come out wherever you are..." he called out as Gloria stayed hidden under the bushes.

"I know that you're watching... Come out and show yourself."

Gloria stayed silent as she was hiding over the bush. After about 10 more minutes of silence he walked towards the direction Gloria was at before he stopped.
"I'm not gonna hurt you little thing" he smiled before he walked around, luckily Gloria was still not caught.

"Dang it, lost my prey.." He said as he returned to the abandoned building.
As he left Gloria got up slowly and continued on her way home quietly, as she was now distant, She ran as fast as she can, traumatized over the crazy event that she saw. As she got into the house she went straight upstairs into the room then to bed, terrified over what she saw, what /she/ heard over the encounter.

Did he just killed Heather by letting a beast feast on her!?

When she was home, Gloria looked at the ceiling for a while as she began to cry silently. Oh god if it was just a dream, but it isn't... She went to pinch herself for a moment, knowing it was a live encounter.
