With winter break beginning, the work studies for the students started in full swing. Yaze was ready to take Kamakiri, Kaibara, and Tsuburaba under his wing, treating them as his sidekicks for the duration of their work studies. This was a crucial time for them to gain real-world experience and put their training to the test.

Their first mission together came quickly. Yaze gathered the three students early in the morning at his agency, going over the details of their upcoming patrol and potential threats in the area.

"Alright, team," Yaze began, his tone serious but encouraging. "Today, we'll be patrolling a part of the city that's had some recent Villain activity. Stay sharp and be ready for anything. Remember, our goal is to protect civilians and prevent any crime we encounter."

Kamakiri, also known as Jack Mantis, cracked his knuckles, eager for action. "I'm ready, Sentinel. Let's take down some Villains."

Kaibara, known as Spiral, nodded thoughtfully. "I'll keep an eye out for any unusual activity and support the team where needed."

Tsuburaba, simply known as Tsubaraba, grinned, his enthusiasm contagious. "Let's show them what we can do, Sentinel!"

Yaze smiled at their determination. "Great to hear. Remember: you'll be acting more like sidekicks during this work study. So I won't be holding your hands during this. Give it your all."

The students nodded, ready to take on the challenges ahead. Yaze felt confident that this work study would be beneficial for all of them, and he was eager to see their progress over the coming weeks.

The team set out into the city, the crisp winter air adding a bite to their patrol. Despite the cold, the streets were bustling with holiday shoppers and families enjoying the season. Yaze kept a vigilant eye on their surroundings, ready to spring into action at a moment's notice.

It wasn't long before their vigilance paid off. A distress call came through Yaze's communicator about a robbery in progress at a nearby jewelry store. The team quickly made their way to the scene, arriving just as the robbers were attempting to flee.

"Alright, let's move," Yaze instructed, his voice calm but firm. "Jack Mantis, take the front. Spiral, cover the side exit. Tsubaraba, you're with me."

The students moved into position, their training kicking in as they coordinated their efforts. Kamakiri confronted the robbers head-on, his sharp reflexes and aggressive approach catching them off guard. With a fierce battle cry, he lunged forward, blades extending from his arms. The first robber swung a metal pipe at him, but Kamakiri's blades intercepted it, slicing through the metal effortlessly. The robber's eyes widened in shock as Kamakiri followed up with a swift kick to his chest, sending him sprawling to the ground.

"Gotcha!" Kamakiri growled, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

Meanwhile, Kaibara, known as Spiral, positioned himself near the side exit. He noticed a robber trying to slip out unnoticed. With a swift motion, Kaibara activated his Quirk, his arm spinning like a drill. He charged forward, his spinning fist colliding with the robber's stomach, knocking the wind out of him. The robber doubled over in pain, dropping the bag of stolen jewelry.

"You're not going anywhere," Kaibara said, his voice calm and determined.

On the other side of the store, Tsubaraba, simply known as Tsubaraba, used his Solid Air Quirk to create invisible barriers, blocking the robbers' escape routes. One of the robbers attempted to run, only to slam into an unseen wall, bouncing back with a yelp of surprise. Tsubaraba grinned, creating another barrier to trap the robber in a small, invisible cage.

"Nice try, but you're staying right here," Tsubaraba said, his confidence growing.

Yaze stepped forward, his presence commanding as he addressed the robbers. "It's over. There's nowhere to go. Just give up."
