Thank you for reading my story simply inspired by the song 'Slow It Down' by Benson Boone. Of course, I made my own twist of the lyrics but I love hearing/seeing something that gets your creativeness really flowing and you can see the story unfolding in your head. (Or maybe that's just me.)

I do want to make it very clear that this story is Mature because of the language, themes and actions that happen in this book. Mature topics mentioned are: abuse, alcohol, bullying, depression (dark thoughts), fighting, partying, sex, sexual harassment, sexual assault, suicide, toxic relationship(s), violence, and I'm sure some more I'm forgetting. If I did forget any, please feel free to let me know!

As you read this book, please remember it is a slow burn (not too slow!) and I really want to enjoy writing and taking my time with this story and watching the characters grow into the best version of themselves. There will be some other interesting characters included in this book besides my beautiful Lilah and bad ass Jackson :) Please provide any feedback or opinions you have of anything in regards to the storyline, characters, etc. I love reading comments and knowing if I'm doing a good job of explaining what I'm wanting the story to sound like.

Again, thank you for reading and I hope you all enjoy the love story unfold between two people who have all odds against them to make it work. Have a great day!

 Have a great day!
