Weeks passed, and so did the new year. Y/n was--for the lack of a better word--had the most fun. Along with the Big Three, they sang, danced, watched comedy, horror, and action-packed movies, went to a park with other classmates, and most of all: had some significant alone time with Nejire. (He didn't confess.) He had fun. Those were his best days. Days he will most likely cherish for years and years to come.
But even so, even good things have an end to them.
In All Might's office within the U.A. school grounds, he currently was in a counseling session with Y/n. The boy's head was drooped down, facing the ceramic floor with his elbows on his knees leaning forward.
"Y/n, upon a collective agreement, we...decided to put you under Endevaour's Agency for the remainder of your time here in the Academy," Toshinori said tenderly--though it was a tad bit hoarse due to his skinnier, slightly sick form. "Please see this as an opportunity to...become...a better person..." He chuckled, holding his chin with his index and thumb. "And maybe a Big Bro for Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki."
The Former number 1 hero stared at Y/n with a warm, comforting smile, only for the former to not return the gesture--only a blank, unreadable expression. Toshinori's smile did not fade, but his chest swelled. He never wanted to see a student in this difficult situation, to any good person.

Y/n had his head held down, so Toshinori couldn't see the face he was making.
Was he devasted? Sad? Regretful?
He couldn't tell. The boy held in his emotions better than any Pro Hero he knew. His stoic demeanor--solid when he wanted.
...
Still, however, internally, this must be gnawing him. Naturally, any human would be on a mental breakdown understandably but Y/n showed no signs of such a reaction.
"Everything's going to be okay," Toshinori reassured Y/n, patting his head and ruffling his hair with the same genuine warm smile. "In time...this will eventually come to pass. Trials are made to endure. So don't give up."

Ten percent chance that Y/n would be pardoned under the law. Realistically, speaking, that was false. If they were being optimistic, Ten percent was the likely probability. However, the other Nninety percent...
