After she left the hospital, Bianca was the only thing on her mind. She could not imagine the trauma Bianca suffered.

Her husband Charlse was from a 'comfortable ' family himself coming into the marriage with a networth of 28 Billion dollars. Briefly, they were a lucky match.
They had a nine year old daughter, Karina. She had been conceived after Cortana suffered three miscarriages. She was unplanned and was almost aborted because Cortana felt there was no need to punish herself with carrying a child that would not make it to birth but Charlie got through her, saying that 4 times is a charm.
It was never their intention to have one baby but it seemed one baby was all God had to offer.
Two years after Karina was born, Cortana conceived once again. But because Karina had made it to birth unharmed, she thought even this one would be just as lucky but the horrific fate she suffered three times before Karina confronted her and she miscarried on her third month of pregnancy.
Her uterus was ruptured, so specialists told her, so that meant Karina would be the only child.
