Background: Hickory Quell was born on July 4th of 96' when the reapings for the 84th Hunger Games were happening, he was the oldest to Willow Ardelean and Heath Quell, later in life he would get two brothers, Silver who was 1 year younger than him, and Conifer who was 4 years younger than him, over the years they were inseparable until their parents were killed in a house fire when Hickory was only 7, he and his brothers then moved into a Newsies Lodging House, he would become friends with most of the kids there, including his future girlfriend/wife Narcissa Moriko, his loyalty is what got him to the Newsies is what got him to volunteer.
After his Victory he would give a lot of his money to the Lodging House and Newsies, making sure that they could live comfortable lives.
Threat Control: Hickory's Loyalty to the Newsies and his family makes him so dangerous, if those were taken from him forcefully he would swear revenge on those responsible, as long as the Capitol doesn't do something to those who he cares about, The Capitol will be safe.
