I entered the building that Cissa lived in according to the students of the Capitol Academy I asked in the crowd last night, the building in question was a pretty luxurious high-rise apartment, surprised that Cissa was living there! Of places, she lives here in this luxury building I am standing in! Her apartment was on the 12th Floor, but that was all I knew, so I needed to ask someone, but then again it was 6 AM.

I knocked on the door of room 1206, hoping to ask the person living there, where Narcissa Moriko lived, the door opened and I saw a woman with dark brown hair that flowed seamlessly down her back, which I found odd since most of the Capitol used wigs, dark brown eyes, a normal sized nose, and mouth, again odd since Capitol citizens always alter their appearance, and was wearing a white nightgown.

"Um, miss, do you know which apartment belongs to Narcissa Moriko?" I ask, she laughs, I recognize the laugh, and as my eyes widen, she says.
"Hickory, can you not recognize me? Like, at all?" She asks, I finally recognize her, she's Narcissa
"Narcissa! I, uh, guess I'm still not used to seeing you here, looking... well, so different. So beautiful." I say embarrassed, also smiling sheepishly
"Guillotine, you've got to work on your recognition skills. Get in here." She says grinning

I step inside and the apartment looks incredible, it has the style of District 7, having a wooden floor and wallpaper that looks like wood, and air freshener that smells like home, the whole apartment looks like something from 7, but with the Capitol's sophisticated look, I had doubted for awhile if she had meant what she said about not being able to come back until she finished High School, but I no longer doubted her when I saw a framed photo of the Newsies from when we were twelve and in the wooden frame was carved the words "I'll come back for you all".

"This place is amazing! Very fucking different from the old lodging house!!" I said to her
"It is. The Capitol changes a lot of things, I suppose." She says closing the door behind her
"You look incredible, Cissa. I almost didn't recognize you. You've become even more beautiful." I said it was true! She had gotten so beautiful while living in the Capitol, she was the most beautiful girl I had the pleasure of laying eyes on, No doubt.

"And you, Hickory, are still the same, just a bit more... infamous. Guillotine, huh?" She says, blushing slightly at my previous comment
"Yeah, I guess that name stuck. I did what I had to do..." I say, rubbing the back of my neck
"I know. And you did it to survive. I'm proud of you." She says softly, being in that arena was the worst experience of my life, and I didn't want to waste my life any longer, so I took a deep breath.

"Cissa, being in that arena, facing everything... it made me realize what's important. Life is too short to wait for the right moment," I say, I could almost hear her heartbeat quickening
"W-w-what are you s-saying, H-hickory?" She says nervously
"Narcissa Moriko, will you please go out with me? I want to be with you, not just as friends, but as something more," I say, holding both her hands in mine, I thought she was going to faint from the shock, but thankfully she didn't.

"Yes! Yes, Hickory! I've been waiting for this moment for so long. I'd love to be with you! I was scared you'd find another girl while I was in the Capitol, to be honest..." She said smiling, but frowning at the end, I smile
"You've just made me the happiest guy in Panem, and I could never someone else but you," I said relieved and comforting her as well
"I think that title belongs to you already, Guillotine, and thank you for not dating anyone else," She says laughing
"Maybe. But this—being with you—this is what truly matters to me." I say smiling
"We're going to make so many memories together, once the Victory Tour is over, we can finally be happy! I can't wait!" She said joyously hugging me tightly
"Me neither. And I promise, I'll always be there for you. Just like you were for me." I said hugging her tighter, and imagining the life we could have
"I love you more than the world Hickory, now go on, you got a train ride back home, see you in a few months, okay?" She says, I nod, and kiss her on the lips passionately, just like when we were 13, I then tell her that I love her, and walk to the train station which leaves at 8 AM, I explore the Capitol as I walk to the Train Station, I got to the train station at 7:30 AM, and Asha and Theodosia were already there waiting for me just like I asked, we get on the train and head back to my home, Cissa's home, our home, District 7...
